Good service and they work with my schedule. When they treat every other month, it drops my scorpion count from 10-15 a month to 1 or 2 a month. Huge difference! I been with them for 9 years and still happy.

We have used this family owned company for monthly indoor and outdoor services since we moved into our home in Scottsdale years ago to battle a scorpion issue. The staff and services they provide exceed all expectations we had. They go above and beyond to accommodate for our needs. Many times we needed to reschedule our service dates and they were always happy to reschedule. They are incredibly professional, take their time, are respectful of our home and personal space, and the cost is very fair. They boot up before they come inside and always inquire about any insect issues we have experienced (if any) so they can address them. Scott, Jessie and Vickie have been a pleasure to work with. I recommend this company without reservations to everyone I know! Working with them provides our family peace of mind and we are grateful to have found such a great company!

I hate Crickets!!! I know I am not the only one. I called up asking to get a quote on Pest Control and Adam was very knowledgeable on what I should do in order to get rid of one of my biggest pet peeves. The chemicals that they use are safe for pets and children, which is so important for me and my household. While he was here he also found termites!!! I didn't even know I had termites. He is very observant to say the least. He explained to me everything that they do and why, in order to rid your home of these wood eating pests. I would recommend Bug Science to anyone that is wanting a knowledgeable company to do the work.

Terrible service. I still have guaranteed with them and called them out to treat. First they scheduled out so long and I decided to call them back to ask if the can come sooner because I found too many termite activities so I don’t want to wait that long. The front desk lady said she will have someone call me back to schedule sooner but they never called me back. Then the day they supposed to come, I asked if they can call me 30 mins prior arrival because I need them to inspect my whole house. Waiting all day and no one called. By the end of the day I called, they says someone already came abs treated it. I took their words for it. A month later I saw termite activities are back at the same spots. Looks like he only came and flicked off the lines. I ended up call a diff company (action termite) and they inspected my whole house and they found more activities. They told me no one have treated my house yet. Today company is a scam. They ghosted out on me abs lied abs said they came when they didn’t. I elll never recommend this company to anyone. I ended up choose to pay for a new company to treat my house rather than use the guarantee from this company. I called them explained the situation but the did t seems to care. All they says to me was “ok”. No apology

Amazing. So nice and so helpful. Helped close up some areas in the door frame that spiders were getting in at, and actually cleaned up all the webs around the house after spraying. Such great service and so knowledgeable. Really loved that the spray is animal and child safe. Will be using them regularly.

We had pigeons! The Pigeon Specialist are awesome! Our roof was cleaned, inspected and treated. When the pigeons came back and found a new spot, so did the Pigeon Specialist. They treated the new area and didn't charge us!! I have to add and I know it was by luck but the Pigeon Specialist came back within hours. They were in the Goodyear area so I got lucky, but it was nice that they take this job seriously and they will not charge you for something you do not need. Which is why they had to come back. In their 1st visit there was no activity to the are they had to come back and treat. They left it up to me, but told me we don't want to charge you if there's no activity. So that's it. I highly recommend these guys!

They came out the next day and treated my house for termites. Very professional, polite and great price. Thanks again!
