Best Rodent Issue in Phoenix AZ

Jon Logan came out to my place and did a thorough inspection of the property to identify all areas that needed to be treated. He was very professional and answered all my questions about the process. He was very helpful in scheduling me a time that was convenient for me and my schedule and gave me a fair and accurate description of what work was going to be done.On the day of treatment, Casey came to the property and got right to work. He too was very friendly and I was very pleased with his performance. I will recommend Bill's Pest and Termite to anyone I know. They really do treat you like family.Ben

Jose Maldonado came to my home on Wednesday to take care of a large infestation of bees. He arrived earlier than was scheduled and was more than helpful and professional. He explained to me what he was planning to do and then what I should do to followup. I cannot say enough about his courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism. He did a great job!

I called Aldo and within the next morning they came out. Extremely fast, and as soon the gentleman showed up I could tell he actually cared about the well being of not only me but my family inside the home. Vintage is the best. We have been using them since we moved to Arizona and initially we had a scorpion problem but since having vintage, we have seen none. They are diligent, responsive and considerate. Meghan in the front office is so helpful and Trent and Kyle take care of our house really well. I’m so thankful to them.

I cannot say enough about David from Responsible Pest Control. When we moved into our house, we had a significant scorpion problem (in drawers, dropping out of bathroom fan grates, and in every room). When we called, and David came out, he told us he would make it his goal to get rid of this infestation.

It took some work, and he responded every time we called, and even followed up! Totally unexpected. We haven't seen a single scorpion, or other pest, since he took over.

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying. Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be. Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank. I highly recommend making an appointment with this team to see how they can help with your pests.

Yeah this is unfortunate, but the girl that answered the phone offered no help but only to reschedule for another day and for this I have to write this review. I made this appointment a week ago and made it for a Saturday because I didn't want to take time off work to be home. So we scheduled for Saturday. We got the confirmation call to say they would be here but in the end they went to the wrong house. I only know this because I called to ask for an eta since the appointment was for between 12-1 and it was now 1:30. When I tried to give them my info they said they had it for our other rental. I suggested they call the tech and tell him he was at the wrong house but should could not accommodate that request. . I called our other house and asked if there was someone there doing some pest control and they said yes he had just arrived. I asked that they let him know he was at the wrong house, he said he would stop and call the office. As of this review, no call so I guess they just moved on to the next house. My complaint is not that they made a mistake because god knows we all make them, my complaint is the lack of effort that was made to accommodate us when we have been existing customers. The person seemed to be very patronizing and not willing to help me get this done on the day it was scheduled. I hope they don't expect to get paid for this!
