I have monthly exterminator visits and just had mine today. Cameron did an amazing job. He knocked on the door loud enough I could hear it from the opposite side of the house, and not a lot of people do that anymore, he was respectful and did everything I asked of him.

UPDATE: The owner called personally to address the issue and it was resolved within 48 hours of business reopening on Monday. Emergency weekend service would have been nice, but this was an impressive response from a customer service perspective. Updating review from 2 to 4 stars. Let's hope it holds up. Much appreciated!!---I'll update this once the problem is resolved. For now, 2 stars. Bird exclusion completed and literally had birds getting through the netting and getting themselves trapped the next day. Then no responses all weekend since they're closed - emergency call servuce is meaningless if no techs available. Not impressed for first service.

I had to find a place to get rid of rats for an elderly family member out of town. I called Watchdog and talked to someone in the office and they sent someone out to take care of the job within 4 hours. The price seemed pretty decent and they were the first people who were able to come out right away. I will call them in the future!

Told them I spoke to Sam but was informed he is in the Tucson office and the appointment info did not make it to Scottsdale! Now the appointment we have is over 3 weeks away! UPDATE: THEY CALLED MIDDAY AND SAID THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM SHOWS APPOINTMENTS ON INSPECTORS TABLETS BUT NOT ON OFFICE COMPUTER SO THEY NEED SOME WORK ON THAT.

A company that is all about customer service. They are good at what they do.

Have been using the company for around 5 yrs.
Had some little issues every now and again but the most recent was the worst.
Under contract Had a tech come out to re check for termites. Gave us a talk about how long he's been doing these things but did nothing to solve the problem stating he'd be back first thing the following week ( told us not to make an appointment that he'd take care of it) he never showed up. Didn't call. Nothing. Called to complain and got the run around that it should have been scheduled and just no help.
Then talked to a manager who said she had to run the situation by higher ups and would call back within an hour...... hours passed finally got a call only to be told that'd nothing was figured out and they'd call back in an hour. Well....... we still haven’t recieved a call back. It's been days......
Beyond upset

What professional team did they hire to write these positive reviews? We purchased a house with an attached garage previously treated by Beebe's for termites. The prior owners only had termites in the garage, but then Beebe's only treated the garage and not the entire house, so the insects just moved into the main living areas. When we see what they had done, we immediately hired a more respectable firm. Then every year we (who have had no business relationship with Beebe's) receive a bill demanding payment for renewing their guarantee. We are now forwarding these bills to the Arizona Attorney General's office. This is a very unethical company.
