I had multiple quotes ranging from $800 to $1800 depending on how long of a warranty they provided. Also some companies would save me $$ by only treating the soil around the home and not doing any drilling. Not only were the technicians knowledgeable but were very professional and explained everything to me. In the end I went with Bill's and paid just under $700 for a complete treatment. Some companies told me I would have to wait 90 days after treatment to have them come back if I found more tubes but Bills said give it 3 weeks and if I find new tubes they will come back and retreat the area. I would definitely recommend Bills to anyone with a termite problem!

We've used Urban Desert before when we've had issues with various pests, staff is always friendly and can usually accommodate an appointment at short notice. Our Technician Matthew was very helpful is giving us advice on how we can deal with an influx of mosquitos we've seen in recent months and even pointed out a possible water leak that appears to be coming from our neighbors yard that was likely the root cause.

I called, and even though they were dealing with an influx of pest calls, because the entire valley had the same beetle, they were still able to make it out that very afternoon. I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.
