Gemma came to our home and gave us very reasonable quote to treat our house for termites. She was very friendly and we agreed to have Bills Pest and Termite treat our property. A few days later Michael came out to drill and spray. He did a good job and explained what we should do and watch for in the future. This company was on time and so far we have experienced excellent customer service. Hopefully the pesky termites are gone for good, but they do include a year warranty with their termite service.

Our newly arrived tenants had complained about bed bugs. Arizona Heat Pest Services came highly recommended for treating bed bugs. Rob (Tucson office) was very polite and professional. He conducted a very detailed inspection and recommended the right treatment to eliminate the bed bugs. There was no up sale of services. Just the plain facts and the best way to get rid of the bugs. We selected the heat treatment over the traditional way of ridding bed bugs. The service came with a generous warranty, which was very comforting for if and when the bed bugs returned. I would use Arizona Heat Pest Services again. There were on time and respectful to our situation. In addition, Rob shared with us his vast knowledge about bed bugs, which made it easy for us to understand.

Had a termite infestation in 2014. They did a professional job. Had a small problem a year later.. .they fixed it no charge, no problem.
Received an invoice recently (Sept.) to renew my warranty for another year that would be due mid-October That reminded me I hadn't had a warranty inspection since 2015. Called to schedule an inspection and was told a 'tech' wasn't available until 4 days after my renewal was due,
and could only be done if my warranty was in force. I thought that was
a pretty shady way to make sure I renewed my warranty.

Update: In fairness to the Company, the owner, (after seeing my review), contacted me in person. He explained I should have been told they would extend my current warranty long enough to do the inspection under my current warranty period. He apologized for for the misunderstanding.

Purchased their 25 Gal electric pump rig. The process was very easy and smooth with updates throughout the entire process from initial order, manufacturing and delivery. I did have the pump malfunction and called to get assistance in troubleshooting. I wasnt home to be able to do those steps at the time, but even still, they let me know they were shipping new parts at no cost as a just in case. I really appreciate the forethought and consideration to get me back up and running as soon as possible.
