Best Pest Problems in Phoenix AZ

I found Green Home Pest Control on Groupon, they honored the rate and came out within a day or two of my calling to schedule.The tech, Dave, was very friendly, removed his shoes upon entering, answered my questions and gave some helpful suggestions.

Few bug problems. Keep rodents in check.

Called a weed control company 2 weeks ago and they finally showed up only to say that it was too windy and would call back to reschedule.They never did. I then called Fromms on Tuesday and talked to Nick.He said he could come the next day.He showed up on time,did the job,and left me a happy camper.He did a great job along with a year warranty.On top of that for a lot less money.He has a new loyal customer in me. ? Ernie.

We've been using Trojan for years and would never consider using anyone else for our pest control needs. They are always professional, on time and provide amazing service. Where we live we should have a pretty bad scorpion problem but the few times per year I do see them in the house they're always dead. When we bought our house we had a huge pigeon problem as well but these guys took care of it with a single visit by putting up the necessary spikes and such. They are great people, so support a local small business, you will not be disappointed!

Cole was great! Kind, informative, and thorough.

The inspector was wonder (Jeff) and so was the technician (Austin)who game and treated the termites. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Was getting decent service for a few months. Asked them to come back out for a respray due to finding a scorpion in the bedroom closet and payed extra for the scorpion spray.

The technician that was scheduled... Not very friendly and no customer service skills.

Off to find another pest control company.

We've finally found our pest control company for life! Adam is awesome! He's professional, dependable & so knowledgeable- he really knows everything about bugs. He doesn't try to oversell anything...he has integrity. We're grateful we found him!!

The Pideon Specialist conducted a very thorough inspection of our roof and gave us many options for the removal and deterrent of the pigeons in our area. We are very pleased witht he work they have done.

Had a termite infestation in 2014. They did a professional job. Had a small problem a year later.. .they fixed it no charge, no problem.
Received an invoice recently (Sept.) to renew my warranty for another year that would be due mid-October That reminded me I hadn't had a warranty inspection since 2015. Called to schedule an inspection and was told a 'tech' wasn't available until 4 days after my renewal was due,
and could only be done if my warranty was in force. I thought that was
a pretty shady way to make sure I renewed my warranty.

Update: In fairness to the Company, the owner, (after seeing my review), contacted me in person. He explained I should have been told they would extend my current warranty long enough to do the inspection under my current warranty period. He apologized for for the misunderstanding.

Annette and ken are absolutely wonderful. They always address any need I have promptly and professionally. I have been a customer since the beginning. I have an assisted living home and they are always so responsive to my needs and for my residents. They do my pest control on house and grounds, take care of spring bee problems. I can call Annette and talk over problems with pests and she has never once in all these years let me down. Their charges are so reasonable and their follow up is amazing. We have used De Soto pest control for a few years now and are very satisfied with the job they perform at our house. Ben is always on time and very personable. If we have any issues, he comes back the next day and takes care of it. I would highly recommend this company for pest control.

The young man who came to my home, JOHN, was very personable, knowlable, and answered all my questions. If I have any more problems with bees or insects, I know who I will be calling. Would recommend them to family and friends.

Very pleased with this company. I called three companies before them. One of them said they could get to my needs in three days, the other said in two. A-Agents came out the same day, which was great because I had a disgusting rat sneak into my house, yuck. The other guys didn't seem to care, even after I expressed my problem to them.
P.S. The third company didn't answer the phone.

I had a serious ant problem in my kitchen, so I called this pest control company. The technician was also very helpful in giving me tips on how to prevent future infestations. Overall, I was very impressed with their service.

Phoenix Pest & Termite Control has been great to me in the past. I just called today because the last time (2 weeks ago) that they sprayed my property the treatment didnt do anything to solve my cricket issue.
FYI, I always get service done on Saturday because my wife is going thru cancer treatment and she cant take care of the exterminador so I prefer weekend services. To my surprise when I called I was told that respira have to be done during the week because is free... free??? Wait a minute, I paid for a service that didnt work so why should I be incomodated and force to take a vacation date from work to get the service that I paid for done right. Not only that but the person who answered the phone didnt even care to ask her supervisor for an exception even went I told her that I rather do it on the weekend because of my wife cancer situation. Im very disappointed so I guess that it is time to find another company who can be a little flexible based on the customer circuntances.
