I am so unimpressed with this company. So unprofessional and the actual service was terrible. The tech was wonderful but the actual company was bad to work with. I recommend anywhere else.

Professional and attention to detail

Nick is wonderful! I contacted him to help with our scorpion problem and he responded very quickly and was able to come out and spray the same week! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Would highly recommend!

We've been using Trojan for years and would never consider using anyone else for our pest control needs. They are always professional, on time and provide amazing service. Where we live we should have a pretty bad scorpion problem but the few times per year I do see them in the house they're always dead. When we bought our house we had a huge pigeon problem as well but these guys took care of it with a single visit by putting up the necessary spikes and such. They are great people, so support a local small business, you will not be disappointed!

Ben is the best at what he does. Honest, detailed and prompt. We have scorpions in my area and he has been able to totally control them for 2 years now.

We been using Taps pest control for 10 years and Scott is so professional service we have ever.

I scheduled an appointment for service for Wed 7-9am. When the time window passed, I contacted the company and was told the appointment was never pushed through and added to a route of a Technician and it would need to be rescheduled. I rescheduled to today at 8am - 10am window. but soon after making the appt, I received a call to say, that slot was not available after all, but I could have the 11am - 1:00pm slot. So I took it.

Today, I called 1/2 through waiting just to ensure the technician would arrive and I was told they needed to reschedule the appointment once again. That the technician was running late and would be unable to keep the appt. I'm extremely frustrated at the lack of care for the service I requested. They offered me $25 discount but it's not about the money. I took time off of work to be here two different days, and they did not arrive. I realize losing one customer is not a big deal to them but I will be taking my service elsewhere.

The owner of this business is very rude and aggressive.
