Dallas came to my house to perform my initial general pest service. He was very thorough, and patient with me, as I’m sure I asked a million questions that didn’t matter. He took the time to point out areas around my home that may be conducive to my pest issues, and how to also help remedy some of the issues myself. He walked me through my home pointing out interior points of entry for the scorpions I’ve been seeing. He understood my concerns, as I have a 2 year old at home, and don’t want him getting bit/stung by scorpions. He didn’t leave one stone unturned, I’d recommend this company to anyone who will listen… Heck I’d recommend them twice, for those that won’t! It’s been less than 24 hours, and I’ve already noticed a significant difference. Dallas warned me I may see more bugs than usual (dead), and that’s just a sign the treatment is doing its job. Dallas is definitely an asset to Bill’s Pest!

Dax did an amazing job!!!!! We spoke about preventative measures, interesting bug facts. shared pictures of bugs. He also told me about all the other services you all provide and I am super excited to continue with your services. Dax can come anytime to the house!!

Although clearly evident by the other 5 star reviews, I couldn't not leave another review on how fantastic this company is. We moved into a new home that had a persistent ant problem inside every room. Did everything we could to get rid of them ourselves but no luck. One treatment from Insectek and they were gone. I'm convinced they just packed all of the ants up in a bag and hauled them away because I haven't even seen one. It's a great peace of mind to have them scheduled for the recurring service. Tyler is always punctual, efficient and I really appreciate the heads up they give when they're on the way! Highly recommend.

Andrew at Action Termite has been our tech over the last year and he’s about as good as they come. Communication and punctuality are always on point. We really appreciate the work done but more importantly the level of professionalism.

I appreciate Johnathan and his professional approach from dropping off his business card to our first phone call. He was extremely informative, polite and respectful. He knows his stuff and their product smells AMAZING! (Pet & Kid friendly) I had Johnathan come out same day, no contracts and no BS! The price is good and Johnathan recommend Bi-monthly services but under no obligation do you have to. I’m leaving this as 5 stars as long as the product and the extermination is as advertised. I highly recommend this locally owned business.

I called them out same day service on a Sunday for bees all over my backyard and citrus trees. I thought there was a hive. Luckily no hive but they sprayed my backyard and bees cleared up next dY so I could get my yardwork done safely! 100%recomend them

Had John C come out and spray my home today. He did a wonderful job and went above and beyond by doing an extra power spray in my garage as well as replacing my sticky traps to help keep those pesky scorpions away.

Update (4 Years later): Ciaran B came to my home today, did a thorough job spraying the outside and replaced sticky traps in my garage. Over the last 4 years Bulwark has been prompt, professional, and effective in keeping my home pest free. There have been a few price increases, but each price increase comes with a detailed explanation of what the increase goes to (employee benefits, raises, and cost of living adjustments), it is good to see the company values their employees, and I do not mind paying a few extra dollars to ensure quality of life for their dependable employees.

I have used Arizona Pest Prevention for my last three homes and they are great. Always on time and Always show up when they say they will.
