Tony came today to do our bi-monthly treatment. He was great in making sure to get every area possible even under the sinks. He took the time to set up the sticky boxes and place them for me. When doing the outside, he let me know every place he treated and reminded me to keep the dogs inside for at least an hour. Extremely friendly and professional

I need two treatment for bed bugs. Both time they set a dated when they were supposed to come, and after the hassle of prep work, the appointments were canceled on the intended treatment dates. The worst part is they would schedule an appointment the following week leaving all the roommates and I prone to being bit.

I have been with this company for a while and Zack is great! He sprays enough and handles whatever pest issue we are having. He does both the outside and inside. This company is clear with communications and is priced fairly. I have already recommended them and my grandmother now uses them also. They listen and take care of each individuals pest problems.

Always on time. Courteous, professional. Like the fact they wear foot coverings. I get the same guy (sorry forgot his name), which I like. Been with Orkin for years and will continue to do so. Love the reminder calls for inspections. Highly recommend them.

I used this company for 2 years and my complaints fell on deaf ears and as a result I stopped doing business with them. When I called their main office to stop services, the girl on the phone didn’t even ask me as to why. She simply closed my account with them. I originally signed up for indoor/ outdoor services and their technician would show up every month without a notice and at times we were not home. I asked for a notice and I started receiving service notices, but only 15 minutes before he was at my house. In month of March they sent me a text that my technician was going to be at my house later on that day and I texted back saying that no one was home. The technician showed up anyway and just sprayed the outside. I was give a $5 discount. Yes, only $5!!!
He was suppose to be at my house this passed Thursday and I made sure that I was home, but he never knocked on the door and only serviced the outside. I’m sure that I would get another $5 discount.
The quality of their work was very low. They didn’t clean out spider webs on the outside until you asked them. They raised their prices without notifying the customers.
Don’t waste your money with this company...

As others have said, predatory sales practices to get you locked into a one year contract that has a cancellation fee of a couple hundred dollars. I was told by one of their salesmen that they were offering a discount on their service since they were going to be in the neighborhood. No mention of a contract, no mention of cancellation fees, nothing. Now it's about $65 a month or $3XX to cancel. Absolutely awful! Will never recommend this company. Unfortunately the only people to see this will probably already be conned or know what they are getting into.

Had a huge ant problem so stopped in for some help! I am so glad I did! Unfortunately, I have forgotten the name of the owner, because he was extremely informative and knowledgeable! Using his product and instruction, my ant problem was gone in 24 hours! I will return with any future pest control needs!

Ryan is amazing! He has treated our home for about a year now. He's one of the most honest people I've ever known. There have been plenty of times we have been willing to pay for one service or another that we were concerned might happen, but rather than take our money prematurely, or even un-necessarily, he's taken the time to educate us on why we may not need to worry about the things we had been concerned about.

He makes sure that after any service, he reminds us that if we see any recurrence of issues, we know to let him know right away and he will come back and take care of it under his guarantee policy.

Invader Pest Control has been our exterminator for many years. Bugs are gone! If we have a problem (scorpions in the hot weather) Invader will use the correct chemicals to eliminate them. They did termite service several years ago and we haven't had a problem since then. Thanks Invader!

I used another pest control company for nearly a decade but the service at the other place progressively got worse and worse. Long story short, after the 8th different tech in as many months showed up hours late for my regular appointment, I started looking for another company for regular pest control. Bulwark had great reviews online and now I see why. I’ve only used them for the initial service so far but already I’m more impressed with them than I was with my other pest control company. Cory arrived right on time and was not only professional, but also extremely courteous and friendly. He treated both the interior and exterior of my home, explaining everything he was doing, and he reassured me that the pesticides wouldn’t harm my two dogs. Cory also explained that he would be my regular technician, which is really great as far as I’m concerned. I like having the same person each time for many reasons. I also love that Bulwark only needs to come every other month and treat the outside. Of course, they will treat the inside again if need be, but it’s great that I don’t have to be home when Cory comes to treat my property. Very convenient. I would definitely recommend Bulwark Pest Control. Everyone I’ve dealt with there has been extremely professional and it seems like they offer effective service at a very reasonable price .
