Good experience. We had three estimates and chose Bills because Gemma was the most knowledgeable and personable. The technician, Casey, arrived on time and was very thorough. I do a lot of due diligence for pest control. I had another company which is highly reviewed (5 stars) come by and did not provide anything close to the level of service which I received today. I cancelled my contract after the first visit with the supposed 5 star company. Anyway,Insectek's Ben (Owner) is a great guy, even though I do a lot to control our insect issues, he was very informative and took the time to walk me through the detailed treatment options. At the time of my service they were on-time to the service call time they planned. They provided a time not a window of time, but a time they would be here and hit it. Adam the service Tech did a stellar job by going over and over the treatment option's and how best to get my insect problems under control. What most impressed me, he was genuine, honest and wasn't rushing to get to his next job and spent the time to educate me on the treatment and challenges we face. He provided a thorough foundation of pesticide and walked me through each of the chemical options. Great job! This is a game changer , many companies should take note, say what you do and do it effectively. I'm thoroughly Impressed. Thank you Ben and Adam!!

Russell Pest Control has been our exterminator for over 20 years.The owner is a great person. He is attentive, personable and friendly in any exchange we have via text or phone conversations. If we ever have an issue with odd bug activity (usually ant mounds outside once or twice during the summer), I just text him and he has the bug guys check out the areas and take care of it. The employees are professional and friendly and are always dressed in uniform. We highly recommend Russel Pest Control!

We have used this family owned company for monthly indoor and outdoor services since we moved into our home in Scottsdale years ago to battle a scorpion issue. The staff and services they provide exceed all expectations we had. They go above and beyond to accommodate for our needs. Many times we needed to reschedule our service dates and they were always happy to reschedule. They are incredibly professional, take their time, are respectful of our home and personal space, and the cost is very fair. They boot up before they come inside and always inquire about any insect issues we have experienced (if any) so they can address them. Scott, Jessie and Vickie have been a pleasure to work with. I recommend this company without reservations to everyone I know! Working with them provides our family peace of mind and we are grateful to have found such a great company!

Came home Wednesday afternoon to several thousand uninvited guests that had taken up residence outside my front door. Called David with ASAP Bee Removal and scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning. Showed up ON TIME and did a great job! Courteous, informative at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend their service.

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.
