Gemma came to our home and gave us very reasonable quote to treat our house for termites. She was very friendly and we agreed to have Bills Pest and Termite treat our property. A few days later Michael came out to drill and spray. He did a good job and explained what we should do and watch for in the future. This company was on time and so far we have experienced excellent customer service. Hopefully the pesky termites are gone for good, but they do include a year warranty with their termite service.

I have been using Insectek for over a year now and they are amazing! They are very responsive when I have a concern and always very accommodating. They have great communication and I always know when they will be at the house. If they’re going to be late or early, they call!The technicians are very professional and kind. They will sweep cobwebs off the house if they see them and always let me know what they find as they are treating the house (thanks to them, they usually don’t find anything).I have used larger companies in the past and these guys are head and shoulders above all of them! Pricing is very good also.I highly recommend this company for any of your pest control needs.

This was our second visit from MasterTech. Zack is our technician. What a nice young man. He is friendly to our Dogs and is professional all the way. He also took the time to explain the different kinds of ants which I found fascinating. I really appreciate the level of customer service from MasterTech. Love these guys!

Albert Ebanks arrived on time & did a great job. He went above & beyond by immediately sending us pictures and calling us to discuss the source of our ant infestation & the particular work he did to control them.
Tyler Norris worked long and hard, doing an excellent job, for our 1st termite control service. He was timely and professional. He had to drill, dig, apply the product and clean up to boot - he deserves high praise!

Great service!! Whenever I have a pest control problem I call Diane she gets a tech out here quickly for me.

Absolutely terrible service. Lady who answered my call wrote my address wrong and then blamed me for not being home during the service call. She said she would have management call me, never did. Today I call to confirm the appointment and she hung up on me (presumably by mistake). When I called back she argued with me that she did not hang up with me. Then had the audacity to tell me she worked here for 11 years and gives great customer service. I would run screaming in the other direction rather than employ this company's services.
