Timothy listened to what we had to say. He replaced the bathroom door, moved the washer and dryer and removed some drywall that the demo crew did not remove, so the plumbers could get to the plumbing.

I'm a true fan! It is true, they are perfect. My mold problem was taken care of in a professional manner by these people.

They don't seen to know when insurance claims get approved. I met with Randy on 11/5 and had to make over 6 calls over 2 months, just just to get an update on the estimate.
I was told on 12/16 we were waiting from.state farm yet state farm approved it on 12/7!! Their response was it was state farm and sedgwicks fault .they got their check and cashed it on 12/16. This is without me even knowing the price.

Today I get a call to tell me they have to now get a new contractor to come look. When I ask why , I'm told they will need to see the types of materials they'll need. When I asked if that's in the estimate she told me they don't give the workers the estimate.
I asked how does that contractor then know the estimate to stay within? She then tells me I refused anyone to come out and hung up! I've waited patiently for over 2 months just for an estimate. my frustration, doesn't stem from having some one out to repair it. My frustration is this company doesn't seem to want to fulfill the job they've been contracted to do and paid for! I'm happy to receive a refund back to the insurance company for the work not done but I have a lack of faith that they will even refund it timely seeing as it took over 2 months just to communicate an estimate! I see by other complaints they've done this to others recently.

I was referred by a friend to Bright Home for some water damage drywall repair. We needed it done fast with a baby due any day now. Their main guy Andy is a super nice guy. Got the quote within a couple days, which actually beat out another company's price by a few hundred dollars. Parker set things up for us quickly and had a guy come out just over a week after the quote came through. We were happy with the timeframe especially after waiting for months for our HOA to fix the exterior. Service and quality was great. I'd definitely use Bright Home again.

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

My kitchen appliances and bathrooms were installed and worked perfectly. Awesome job on the painting. Max was very professional and respectful. Jason has been very good in trying to keep things on track throughout this COVID-19 pandemic. You are fortunate to have men like them in your organization.

We had about 2 inches of water flood the back of our home at 2am on a Sunday morning. Called Rocky Mountain later the same morning and Dylan was at our home by 10am Sunday assessing the damage and beginning the restoration process. He was polite, knowledgeable, worked with a sense of urgency and answered the many questions we had about the process with impeccable professionalism! I would strongly recommend Rocky Mountain to friends and family. Bravo!!
