My water heater took a nose dive Monday night. Upon several phone calls and some pretty ridiculous estimates, American Home Water and Air really saved the day and saved me some money! Between the great customer service, the patience (my lack of water heater knowledge), friendly technician and completely reasonable pricing; I HIGHLY suggest making this company the first place you call as you’ll save yourself time and money. One additional note, when the technician was on their way, I received a text with the capability to track, call and view an image of who I would be expecting. After talking with APS, I had Green ID come out and do a energy audit along with an in depth review and recap a week later. It was quite compelling to actually see in inefficiencies in my home.
I had them do a complete duct sealing which involves a lot more than I ever thought. They also added a supply and jump duct to one of the rooms that never cooled well. After completion, Green ID mgmt. came out to inspect all work performed. I'm convinced that my residence is much more energy efficient now along with obviously less dust in the home.
The entire staff was extremely thorough, polite, and clean. These people really know what their doing. I would highly recommend David and his entire team.
