Turned a negative into a positive. When I found termites actively infesting my home they were able to send an Inspector out the day after I called them. Gemma the inspector was very honest and professional. After inspection she gave me a quote and the price was very fair. They were able to send a tech out the following morning to treat my home. So two days after I called them for a quote the work has been completed and I no longer have to worry about my home being damaged. Dallas, the tech they sent was professional and thorough. Overall great to do business with and I would recommend them to anyone.

The technicians are always professional and trustworthy. They remind you of the appointment the day before, text you before they show up, and always ask if there is anything that they can do. I have often found that they go above and beyond and are transparent and thoughtful when taking care of my home.

Really like this Extermination Company, but that could be because our exterminator Matt is very caring. We have 3 dogs and 3 cats and he is careful as to where and how he sprays and gets the job done. NO BUGS!! THANKS MATT!

Preventive makes my home safe of active scorpions. I continue to use Preventive because their service works, technicians respect my property and their pricing is great.

This company is now my forever pest control company as they know what they are doing and their products work! Also are pet and kid friendly! They take the time to listen to my concerns and help me understand what their products will do to eliminate the problem that I had.

Called to book an estimate. The technician never showed up for the appointment. When I called to follow-up, I was patched through to a woman who had one goal, to get me off the phone. She opened the conversation saying there was nothing she could do. She showed no empathy, sympathy, or compassion. Her excuse is that she is taking calls from across the country but she would forward my message. First of all, that’s the job not a valid excuse to not assist. I asked to speak to a supervisor at which point she proceed to speak loudly over me. I tone matched and asked her not to speak over me at which point she hung up. Not a good experience. Why have a call center with no solutions to offer and horrible people on the other end? Set up a voicemail and call it a day.

Just received fabulous service from Marino at The Beekeeper. Our problem was not simple. The bees had gone unnoticed for for quite some time so the hive had to be removed from the inside wall of our home. This required several visits to destroy the bees, remove the hive (20 pounds of greasy gook!), and repair the wall of the house that had to be cut into remove the bee hive. Everything is good as new and our neighbors and us are safe. Sorry Marino had to endure some stings, though. As my husband said, He is a brave man. I highly recommend The Beekeeper to anyone with a bee problem.

I cannot say enough about David from Responsible Pest Control. When we moved into our house, we had a significant scorpion problem (in drawers, dropping out of bathroom fan grates, and in every room). When we called, and David came out, he told us he would make it his goal to get rid of this infestation.

It took some work, and he responded every time we called, and even followed up! Totally unexpected. We haven't seen a single scorpion, or other pest, since he took over.

What else can I say, Scott is a lifesaver! He humanely removed a hive that had moved into an exterior wall a day before and came back in the fall to address a swarm that went in through another wall. Scott’s response time is awesome, he is super knowledgeable, and we are so glad he saves the bees. We hope not to need his services again, but will definitely call him if (when) we do!

The customer service via phone with pest service representative - specifically speaking with Marcus - was superb. He answered my questions right away, helped my scheduling issues, and was very friendly and kind. Kudos!
