Bill's has competitive rates but shines in their workers. The two I dealt with were Nova and Paulina. Nova took my call to schedule my first appt. Paulina showed up at my door to do the extermination work. The ladies were both kind and knowledgeable. My three dogs fell in love with Paulina, and that says a lot to me. I'm extremely pleased with Bill's and look forward to a long relationship with them for our preventative bug extermination.

Greenway Pest staff were professional and courteous but were not able to rid my home of the occasional occurrence of flies and mosquitos as they stated they could. So for more than triple the cost of my previous exterminators it was not worth it. What was disappointing is that when I called to cancel, due to them not able to do as they bragged they could, they charged me for one more month and a cancelation charge of $206. Pretty expensive lesson for me.

I had a great experience with russel pest control. The guy who came out, Jory, was super friendly and prompt. He was great at keeping communicating when he would be out so I had enough time to make sure my dogs were situated snd they were mindful of the storms, they let me know if it rained to hard they would be happy to come out and spray the outside again. I would recommend them and use them again for sure.

Spencer did an excellent job issuing treatment for termites around the perimeters of our house.

We live up at Carefree HWY where it is all pretty much desert scape around you, we have been having very bad scorpion problems lately due to all of the rain that we have been having. When I called Widow Pest, I was put on their schedule very quickly! Nick and Doug came out in a very timely manner and within a couple days we saw from before having 2-3 scorpions a day to none! they were such kind; personable men and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great pest control service!

I just started using Sprague and wow what a difference! They come to work when they say they are and give me a full report of what they found and how we can move forward with preventing any additional pest from coming into our buildings. I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward.
