Once there was a glitch in the scheduling system that caused the tech to arrive late, but when I called the office I got right through to someone who helped me with that with great customer service.

There was a minor reoccurring insect issue at my home, and Bug Guardian was a more affordable quote than other companies in town. There was ZERO upsell which is good, because most of the time you think you're being sold things you do not need.

When you see companies have 5 stars, you tend to think it's fake, but these guys did a great job for me at a great price and are the real deal. I haven't had any issues since they came. So hope it helps others when deciding which pest control company to go with. Thanks.

I had Phoenix Pest & Termite Control come out to my house multiple times over the course of two years due to a termite infestation. Termite is right in their name and they did absolute nothing. After two years and still having termites, they told me my warranty had ended. The techs are friendly, but this company is crooked. If I could, I would give them 0 stars.

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.

They have a dog that can find bed bugs!!!
