Mike #2862. Mark came over and REALLY did a great job. He found cracks inside my room under my piano. He moved very heavy piano by himself, then he open my carpet then drilled 10 very deep holes. Then he moved to my big window side to open the carpet and drilled 18 deep holes. Then he wants to cleaning the dust, but I told him I can vacuum. Then, he went to laundry room to drilled another 7 holes, then drilled 6 holes outside of my bathroom. He even drilled 5 holes under the bush in the leaves outside. Then he was so patient and very accurate to fill Insecticide to each of holes. After he done all of above, then He even thought of cleaning the white ant marks on the wall and then use the paint to cover the small hole in the wall.What a great guy! He really inspired me that I have to let people know that This is a very good company, they have very good employees like Mike. If every employee is like him, then this company will be great. I use Action Termite for my regular pest control visits. They do a great job with their work and it’s not overpriced. Pilipo does a great job every time he comes. He’s professional, quick and very thorough. He explains everything well when I ask questions. They’re a great company!!

When Svc man is told three times I feel my home has fleas and he states “you do not have flea”! Then after the 1st spraying I call to inform him the new dog I adopted woke up covered in fleas...I describe this to him....and he agrees my home has fleas and is ready to set up an additional visit BUT it will cost me $250! Required no no visit to inspect...just pay me I’ll send my guy over there, verifies he knew what he was doing to milk another $250 out of me, a retiree with a set budget, he has no SHAME & terrible employee representing ARROW EXTERMINATING.

I had pigeon proofing, roof cleaning, and solar proofing work done on my roof from these guys in Arizona. I paid over $2,000 for the work and my pigeon problem continues. Their guarentee is a joke, their guarentee is basically if you pay us more money we will try something else, they wont even give you a discount if they have to come back out multiple times to try something new.

The solar proofing job they did made my problem worse. They did not use the correct material and clamps on my panels, they just used flexible mesh folded in on itself. This has caused pigeons to press on the cheap flexible mesh, forming their own beds across my solar panels. The new exterminators I hired said the cheap flexible materials used on my panels is most likely the reason why I still have pigeon problems.

Some of the non solar pigeon proofing work they performed started falling apart a couple months after the work was performed. I believe this is due to low quality materials and not the fault of the techs.

I am currently working with another pigeon exterminator to replace the mesh on my solar panels with the correct materials and clamps. They also replaced some of the deterances that fell apart (The Pigeon Specialist work).

If you end up hiring these guys for solar panel proofing, make sure they use the correct material and clamps.

Love these guys! I’ve had Ken come out and get rid of birds in my attic then seal off all the holes. I’ve also had them spray for bugs, great results. Most recently, they took care of a rodent problem at my new house. They do an awesome job! Highly recommend!

I use ryan for weed control. He is very knowledgeable with plants, trees and insects. I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

Invader Pest Control has been our exterminator for many years. Bugs are gone! If we have a problem (scorpions in the hot weather) Invader will use the correct chemicals to eliminate them. They did termite service several years ago and we haven't had a problem since then. Thanks Invader!

Critter Control is a Rip-Off!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

First of all, I researched the best critter control company in Arizona for a few days and decided upon Blue Sky Pest Control. I told them what I was hearing in the attic, something walking and scratching in the wee hours of the early mornings, and they pressed with some questions and said they could get someone out to my home in a week or so. I told them I needed them to handle this as soon as possible because it was freaking me out! They told me that they handle roof rat issues over a period of time and it sounds like I need someone to do something more immediate so they referred me to their affiliate company, Critter Control. I never vetted this place because Blue Sky said they use them for immediate issues like the one I require.

So I called Critter Control and they got me in touch with this guy (I won't name him, but I REALLY want to!) who agreed to come out the next day. When he finally came to my home he did the whole company jargon about how they handle these issues, yada yada and how they do it properly blah blah. And I just want to tell you how much they were charging me for a Roof Rat problem... $1,139 which includes a mandatory $489 initial charge with a obligatory exclusion of $650! And the way they HARD SELL you, they tell you that you CAN'T get them as separate services and even have the nerve to fool you into thinking that in addition to this, you NEED an annual agreement which includes an 11-month contract for an extra $759! I mean, this doesn’t sound like taking care of the problem “immediately” to me! Blue Sky was offering the same thing, handled over a period of time!

This monthly contract from Critter Control is pressed in such a way that it is understood that this is the ONLY way to rid yourself completely of these roof rats; and the billing is so confusing, you don't even know how much the total is when it's all said and done. It's like it's purposefully confusing and obfuscating! I didn’t realize this at the time, because I was tired as I just came from work and we were outside in the hot Phoenix sun.

The guy put traps in my attic for 3 weeks and said he would prefer to come every week on Tues. and Fri. which I agreed. The first Tues. he comes, he only goes in the garage and says, You'd smell something if the traps had a rat in it. Mind you, I did not watch him go into the attic to place the traps. The next time he was late and I missed his call so I called him back and he said, Well, the wife is home and I can't come over today. We can reschedule for tomorrow or something to that effect. Seriously!? After paying you $1,200, you can't come out on the days you agreed to? I summarily dismissed it and in the subsequent weeks, they didn't catch not one roof rat! Granted, many times I heard the neighborhood cat prowling on the roof and it's hard to distinguish whether the sounds are in my attic or on the roof. The cat must've been catching them and scaring them away because I know I heard scratching up there before.

The other thing is many months prior, I had my cable line buried, so the line that was attached to the roof was superfluous and also a way that roof rats could gain access to my roof. So after I removed that cable line to the roof, I don't know how roof rats could even access my roof, because even my tree is cut short of the roof.

After coming to the realization that this Critter Control company purposefully pushes this ridiculously expensive package and won't listen to protestations about not needing a monthly agreement, or even trapping bundled with exclusion, he agreed to remove the already signed monthly agreement.

I just wanted them off my property and out of my life at this point because I feel they already ripped me off! So the last day he comes back to remove the traps, I stay in the garage to see him go in the attic and you know what!? HE DIDN’T GO ALL THE WAY IN THE ATTIC... HE STOOD ON THE LADDER AND COLLECTED THE TRAPS THAT WERE PLACED AN ARMS LENGTH AWAY! Think about this... I have a 2,100 sq ft home!!!

My mom had a rodent problem that needed to be dealt with immediately. Green Arrow Pest Solutions came to the rescue. They were extremely professional, fast and came up with a plan to solve the problem on the first visit and got right to work. My mom was delighted to have such fast, efficient and professional service and I was so delighted to have the situation resolved I have switch to Green Arrow for quarterly pest control.

I seen my grandmother was having an issue with bugs while I was visiting her, so I called BIO-Chem and they sent Kyle out. He was so nice and did his job very well. My grandmother loved him, he was very knowledgeable about his job. We would highly ask for him again if ever needed. Kyle thank you!!
