Amazing company! From my first phone call to their office for information to the actual inspection their customer service , experience and professionalism was top notch!! Jeff was so kind and helpful as I was a bit panicked on the rodent infestation I was dealing with. My neighbors and and I are very grateful for this company and their pricing is extremely competitive!! Thank you, thank you Bug Science, you have a customer for LIFE!!!!!

Made an appointment last week for today. Called today to see when they would be here and they have no record of the appointment! Told them I spoke to Sam but was informed he is in the Tucson office and the appointment info did not make it to Scottsdale! Now the appointment we have is over 3 weeks away! UPDATE: THEY CALLED MIDDAY AND SAID THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM SHOWS APPOINTMENTS ON INSPECTORS TABLETS BUT NOT ON OFFICE COMPUTER SO THEY NEED SOME WORK ON THAT.

From the initial phone call all the way through the heat treatment it was a very pleasant process, all of my questions were thoroughly answered. Great customer service from beginning to end. I highly recommend eco-force heat systems!!!

I have been with Aptive for about 5 years and have always been very happy! They even made moving easy! They are easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. When we moved the house was being treated by a different company and we tried them out and after 1 service we got our Aptive back and are very happy that we did.

Nice personnel, very profesional. Good coverage of all areas as I would have expected. Also knocked down any spider webs before spraying, did not just spray and move. Tech, seemed to actually care about what he was doing. Glad I moved to these guys for more than just the price. Easy recommend.

Quick response. Nice people on the phone and at the house. They had to come back to get all the bees/hive, but after some troubleshooting, bees no longer in my family room! Would definitely call them again if needed. Lots of honey bees in my neighborhood; generally harmless, just did not want them inside my house!

Preventive makes my home safe of active scorpions. I continue to use Preventive because their service works, technicians respect my property and their pricing is great.

I unfortunately have used Paul's Pest Control for 5 years. Constant visits during year for treating termites (quick fixes). I am very dissatisfied with their service and would not recommend them for pest control. I rated them with one star because there was not an option for zero.

Very knowledgeable techs and was able to come out and remedy my problems quickly. Thank god I found this place. Much cheaper then quoted from other places and had no luck with the others we’ve tried.

We have had Beebe’s Pest Control for many years. When we have a problem with bugs we inform Beebe’s and they explain to us how they or how we can take care of one situation. The spray person is very professional and courteous and the staff at Beebe’s is also very professional and courteous when setting our appointments.
