We had pigeons! The Pigeon Specialist are awesome! Our roof was cleaned, inspected and treated. When the pigeons came back and found a new spot, so did the Pigeon Specialist. They treated the new area and didn't charge us!! I have to add and I know it was by luck but the Pigeon Specialist came back within hours. They were in the Goodyear area so I got lucky, but it was nice that they take this job seriously and they will not charge you for something you do not need. Which is why they had to come back. In their 1st visit there was no activity to the are they had to come back and treat. They left it up to me, but told me we don't want to charge you if there's no activity. So that's it. I highly recommend these guys!

Well priced and excellent service. You will need multiple treatments to fully rid your house of termites and they are quick to come out for retreatments. I paid $600 and had a five year warranty. I would highly recommend them.

Love these guys! I’ve had Ken come out and get rid of birds in my attic then seal off all the holes. I’ve also had them spray for bugs, great results. Most recently, they took care of a rodent problem at my new house. They do an awesome job! Highly recommend!

I have used Ryan with Absolute Pest Solutions on many occasions. As soon as we have an issue his response is immediate and always effective. His heat treatment was the only solution to a bedbug problem that nothing else would solve. He's saved my pine trees from a beetle that was killing them with just one treatment. All of his services have worked beyond our expectations and I know he also guaranteed that if it didn't he would come back and make sure the pests are gone. This past weekend, I notice bees swarming in the corner of the backyard where there is a large tree and a shed. ASAP Bee Removal was recommended to me. I looked them up and saw the couple of bad reviews. I called David and mentioned my concern about the bad reviews. He acknowledged the bad reviews and assured me that they standby their service and if there is a problem, they will work with you to resolve it.

He suggested I go to Yelp and read the reviews there. I did and the reviews are very good. I decided to give them my business and David sent Kevin out within a couple of hours of my calling.

Kevin arrived and I found him to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He found the issue of where the bees were coming from. There is a crack in the block fence and the bees made their hive inside of it. I was hoping that he could remove the hive but because of the location of the hive, he had to exterminate the nest and closed up the cracks.

He explained that there would be worker bees coming but once they realized that the queen was dead, they would not survive. He suggested I walk my dogs out and keep them on the other side of the yard for the day. It would be fine to let them out the next day without me as if there were any bees left, they would not be able to attack.

This was yesterday and today, I noticed that all the bees are gone.

I was very impressed with Kevin and would recommend them to others.

Very rude customer service, trying to call because I have so many cockroaches in my house, the lady hanged up, what a rude lady please find someone else who can receive calls and appointments.

So far so good , they don't tell u much when u spend 800 dollars on rental of machines , especially those machines will fry your wires in a move home if u don't watch them carefully there's only 100 amp service not 200 amp .so the draw is unreal......143 degrees hot hot

I recently purchased a home in Maricopa and the previous owner provided a termite treatment thru Budget Brothers and even though you might think I have no business here putting this review I must say you're wrong.
Budget Brothers were paid in full to do a job and so they needed to complete the job in full as well, and whatever excuse they have it's not acceptable. The home was treated in 90 percent of the sorrounding area and it happens that the remaining 10 percent of the area that needed the most attention was untreated. I called 11/01/17 to get an answer, the lady who answer first told me that in fact the area was treated then after explaining her that there was no sign of trenches or drilling made in such area she changed the answer to tell me the area was unaccessible because of concrete slabs on the way, I reassure her the area was totally accesible then she made me wait 15 minutes just to tell me a supervisor would call me back, well it's been 5 days and counting without any response back. I warn you that Budget Brothers might make attempts with false statements to discredit this review and I also warn you if you need a responsible, credible and reputable company to take care of such important issues around your house please to look somewhere else.

InspectorJon was very thorough and took the time explain what he was doing and his recommendation. Installer was very good. Pleased with the service although on the pricey side
