Had issues starting 2 years ago with squirrels and mice in the crawl space between the ceiling and roof. A friend recommended Serenity Pest Solutions. I never had pest problems in the past and assumed someone would show up, drop a few traps and come back to check them at some time. Wasn’t expecting much.

I was extremely pleased to see that Justin had a detailed strategy to rid my home of pests. He used bait, traps and cameras to identify and remove the rodents.

After eradication, he used his construction experience to patch all the cracks and crevices in the roof to prevent re-entry.

I had seen some activity and was terrified and each time he has been out he has been EXTREMELY informative, professional and provides the utmost customer service. He is always very punctual, if not early, and has amazing communication skills. I honestly just wanted to spray a couple times and call it good, but because of his customer service I want to make sure to help support this small business and refer him to whoever needs help!

He explained my options and the products available. He ensured I knew how to apply the herbicide and what concentration to use. We used Paul's for the termite inspection of our house before purchasing it. Paul marked that there was no visible evidence of termites. Immediately upon moving in, our pest control company noticed termite mud tunnels just simply walking up to the front door. Four other companies completed inspections and all found termite activity. It's very frustrating that we paid for this inspection and yet the free inspections we received afterwards were better.
