A couple of days ago, I saw a scorpion in my garage. I have been looking at places and we get a knock at the door. Sam and Isaac were the sales reps I spoke with and they were super chill and explained everything thoroughly. I asked so many questions and it didn’t fluster them once.

After a brief discussion with my accountant (my wife), we signed up for the Hawx General Pest service. I scheduled an appointment for the very next day and thanked them for stopping by. Sam even provided me with his cell number, just in case I needed to reschedule or something came up.???

The next day, I received a text from Robert 15 minutes before he arrived stating that he was on the way. That is my favorite part, communication. This is one of the few company’s that has great communication. Robert and Shane arrived on time and were professional as hell. They explained everything that they were doing and went over important points of my contract.

They worked as a team an sprayed my house inside and outside in 15-20 minutes. They provided me with all contact info in case of anything. This was the most professional experience I have had with a company coming to fix my house since I moved in.

We even talked about random things and they were respectful of everything in my home. They have given my wife the piece of mind she was looking for cause we were going to burn this house down if we saw another scorpion. I will absolutely be continuing to use their service.

He made the process extremely easy and took the time to answer ALL my questions. We have pets so it was very important to me that they would be safe during treatment. Russell Pest Control has been our exterminator for over 20 years.The owner is a great person. He is attentive, personable and friendly in any exchange we have via text or phone conversations. If we ever have an issue with odd bug activity (usually ant mounds outside once or twice during the summer), I just text him and he has the bug guys check out the areas and take care of it. The employees are professional and friendly and are always dressed in uniform. We highly recommend Russel Pest Control!

We paid another exterminator to take care of a supposed rat problem in our attic. After months of them telling us-there is still activity, but no rats in traps yet, we fired them and did a few estimates with other exterminators who wanted to charge us 500-1000 dollars without even looking in our attic first.

Brought in Critter Tech, Jason did an AMAZING job actually going in and assessing our attic, discovered that part of the problem was birds and not rats, and even let us know how to handle potential issues on our own in the future.

Wow this bug man got rid of everything. Seriously, I had cockroaches, I live on a lake and they would come in at night and run around my kitchen counter. After on visit we had trapped everywhere and now no more are coming in, and haven't come back.
