Best Free Termite Inspection in Phoenix AZ

Long time DIY-er and wanted to try something new this season since its starting to heat up along with the bugs.

Checked in with City Wide and turns out I was spending tons more on Pestie or DIY products and they come and spray for you. Pretty sure I paid these other companies a 100 dollars for a can of RAID...

Website could use work but you just call in and they take care of everything.

Great service. They inform me when they are coming out and inquire if I am having issues with pest anywhere so they could address it at the time of their visit. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for exterminating servic es.

As operations manager of a high volume real estate team who uses house doctors as our go-to termite inspectors/treatment several times a week, I can say that their bids are always competitive, they work with our timelines, they do an amazing job with their treatments, and always honor their warranties. I would 100% recommend David and his team every time!

I got a proactive termite treatment done on my property, since termites are so prevalent in Phoenix. Justin was awesome, and the price was very fair. He went above and beyond in every way.
After he finished the job and left the property, I went into the bathroom, and smoke (yes, smoke), was coming out of the a/c vents, along with an acrid electrical fire type smell. It was most frightening. It dissipated after about 5 minutes, and has not come back, but I so appreciated that after I called Justin, he came back to double check everything to make sure that I was safe.
I’ve yet to determined what caused the smoke, but I did really appreciate Justin’s quick response to check everything for me, and give me peace of mind.
I would 100% recommend this company to other.

I had a great experience with russel pest control. The guy who came out, Jory, was super friendly and prompt. He was great at keeping communicating when he would be out so I had enough time to make sure my dogs were situated snd they were mindful of the storms, they let me know if it rained to hard they would be happy to come out and spray the outside again. I would recommend them and use them again for sure.

Used bi-monthly service for over a year and ended up with a beetle infestation despite regular treatments. The company says they are not responsible because that insect is not covered under the service agreement. Unfortunately, three weeks before the outbreak I pointed out the insect in a glue trap (during their regular visit) and their tech was not able to identify it and did not advise me on how to treat or what to do for prevention.

Once I noticed the problem wasn't isolated to a few bugs I called the company again. On the follow-up visit to identify the issue another tech also misdiagnosed the pest and said the company would need an additional $150 in order to treat the problem, which he thought were German roaches. I then told them that I would be discontinuing my service.

I spent the next three days treating the issue myself and left a two-star review. After the review was posted - the company called me and then wanted to help treat the problem (which was already now at least 95% rectified). They came out for another inspection and two days later for a spray - promising a special powder, which subsequently was not used.

They then asked me to remove the review. I explained to them that due to the time, effort and additional cost on my end (including 3 days where I had to take off work) I would modify the review but not remove it. Not recommended.

Had a one time service. The staff both office and field staff were very professional.

From the initial phone call all the way through the heat treatment it was a very pleasant process, all of my questions were thoroughly answered. Great customer service from beginning to end. I highly recommend eco-force heat systems!!!

I’m so glad I found them on social media! They have helped so much with our grasshopper/cricket problem! They are so flexible with my schedule and super knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone as they are always punctual and extremely friendly. Excited to have someone to call when bug season picks up again.

They are a good pest control company,I been using the company for year's,and they treat my house on the past for termites, with a good warranty on the treatment.

This company does my pest control and my termites and they are amazing. Talked every step out with me and amazing prices as well. The girls in the office are super sweet and very patient. Would definetely recommend to family and friends.

I've been using them for a few years now because of the price, but good lord - getting service is SUCH an ordeal. I have them scheduled for monthly recurring service - same day and time every month. Yet every month, nobody shows. Every month I call them and they say nobody was available. They tell me they tried to contact me, and I never have any missed calls. Next appointment is always 2-3 weeks out when I have RECURRING APPOINTMENTS ALREADY SET!!! The techs are great, the folks answering the phone are friendly, but man - it is to the point where I fully expect to get stood up and jerked around on getting someone to come out. Absolutely ridiculous process.

Love these guys! I’ve had Ken come out and get rid of birds in my attic then seal off all the holes. I’ve also had them spray for bugs, great results. Most recently, they took care of a rodent problem at my new house. They do an awesome job! Highly recommend!

Preventive makes my home safe of active scorpions. I continue to use Preventive because their service works, technicians respect my property and their pricing is great.
