This is my second experience with Allstate roofing. My confidence in this company is so high that I didn't even receive a competitive bid. Just called, received quote, 2 weeks later had a new roof. The roofers are very courteous and my wife felt very safe dealing with them alone. Roof was done in a very timely manner with the highest degree of workmanship. When the job was complete there was not a single trace left behind, all nails, screws and roofing materials were picked up and disposed of.

Very professional and informative. Arrived early for appointment (called to be sure early was ok). Explained what they were doing and what we need to prepare for as our 20 year old roof continues to age. I would highly recommend!

Very pleased with the service and results of my roofing project. The inspection for the quote covered just about everything, the crew showed up on time, worked with me for a last minute request, cleaned up exceptionally well every day, and even painted portions of the overhand that had to be replaced after I told them I was going to paint it later.

The Ky-Ko team, from sales to the office staff to the roofers, were phenomenal. Timely responses to questions, return calls, and working with our insurance company was excellent. The team of 10 that tore our old roof off and re-roofed (all in one day!) were unbelievable. They worked together, did a professional job and cleaned everything up. The prep work they did was amazing, even covered our pool. I think we found 2 roofing nails after they were done. Stellar and reliable roofing company. Highly recommend Ky-Ko!

attempted to charge for work not done.then charged 100.00 dollars for gluing 2 tiles on roof that my son could have done if given the option.this was all done without an estimate or option given . invoice received about 4 months after work done.

Roof repair was completed as quoted. Repair was completed in a professional manner and installer was quick to identify what needed to be done and had the proper supplies and tools to complete task. Before and after pictures helped demonstrate completion of repair.

Since I was not available for final completion of repair I was unable to verify if 4 tiles that had cracks were repaired or replaced. I had discussed this during the quote process. Since there was a cement grout before the repair if that needed to be done again.

I recently moved into a new home and hired Phoenix Roofing & Remodeling for a remodel project. The upgrades have been fantastic! After a weekend out of town, I came home to a roof leak. Jack and Mike were able to help me immediately. They located/tested the source of the leak, explained the repair process, and took photos of the damage for me to provide to the previous company who installed the roof. The BCR staff are truly magnificent. When I was booking the appointment for roof inspection, I found that Samantha Munoz was efficient, friendly and kind.
She came and very swiftly analysed the problems and outlined the solutions.

This company did a great job for us. We had a leak and they came promptly, gave us a quote and explained what was needed and discussed options. They replaced our roof quickly, since they know we had the leak. They were polite, easy to deal with, and professional and completely cleaned up afterwards. I whole heartedly recommend them to one and all.

I called about a vacant lot they own. After telling Lisa the address, she said no and just hung up the phone. I called back to tell the operator, she said keep in mind some people work from home. What does that even mean? Not the way to talk to people.
