Had the pleasure of doing business with TSM Roofing. They replaced my worn out roof and did it exceptionally. All the workers were professional and the job was done on time and looks great. I would highly recommend them if your in the market for work on your roof!

Brown roofing was one of 3 contractors I received bids from. They were reasonably priced and offered 2 layers of underlayment. From my researching 2 layers is always the way to go to increase the longevity of the new roof. Dean managed my job from start to finish superbly. When replacing the roof they went the extra mile including placing metal caps to protect the wood fascia and replacing and painting new bird stops. I know others who have had there roof done and these extra steps were not done. They also upgraded my underlayment to the better 40lb material at no extra cost. All the workers were well mannered and once the job was done the cleanup left no trace of them being there. Bottom line is we got our tile roof redone at a great price, but with top notch materials and service.

Ky-Ko replaced my entire tile roof - all new everything - and they did an excellent job! We are very happy we chose them to be our roofers!

Mikku & Sons complete a roofing job on my home and I couldn't be more pleased. The job was started and completed in 2 1/2 days and the crew did an excellent job. The old roofing was removed and replaced with new roofing and the job was done professionally and with great attention to detail. They were amazing. I had heard alot about the storm chasers that came to arizona so I wanted to wait awhile and let the chaos settle after the hail storm to do my roof. From the start the customer service was amazing. Alicia set up my estimate and explained to me the process so I knew what to expect. The estimator came out did exactly what Alicia said he would do and they emailed me the estimate later that day. When the crew came to do the work they knocked on the door to let me know they were there... The workers were all very nice! They cleaned up very nicely and my yard looked the way it did before they came. I was so happy with this company.. I would highly recommend them to everyone! I had called Stapleton roofing for a roof replacement. They sent out a kid that couldn't be older than 21 years old. He hardly knew what he was talking about or doing even with me pointing him to all the areas of the roof that needed extra attention. I waited a whole week to get a proposal and nothing. I then called them back and they had concerns because I had a flat roof. Mind you I don't need any work done to my flat at all. I only need my shingles to be replaced. The comment they made was they would need to redo my flat roof as well if they wanted me to do the shingles. Which makes no sense. And then instead of giving me a proposal anyways they stated I was just going to be over 12k I didn't provide any back up to what they were talking about. There's no way my roof would cost that much. and even if it did they didn't even take the time to write up an appropriate proposal. If you don't want to do the job just say that.

Best Choice Roofing has an amazing team who made the process very easy! They came out for a free roof inspection and proceeded to get my roof paid for by the insurance company. I would highly recommend to friends and family!

I don’t know if anyone else has had a problem finding contractors who are HONEST and do high QUALITY work without absolutely gouging on the price but I certainly have had that problem during my time in Arizona. From missed appointments to extremely poor communication throughout the process of home improvement projects, I feel like I have experienced all of the worst things...

That is until I found Tacheny Exteriors! They recently helped me with a roofing project and I must say I totally underestimated them (even to the point of being rude to them at the beginning of the process because of previous negative experiences with other contractors- sorry about that!). Not only were they prompt, professional, and proficient but they even helped consult me on a few things that would have been unnecessary expenses which kept more money in my bank account.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who has had less than stellar experiences in the past- they will show you what it’s like to truly be a valued customer!
