The service was good, but I now think the quality of the service is to get you to sign up for the we will service you house every year plan. Well, I moved for a 20 year old home into a brand new home that does not require any service. They called to service the old house, I asked if they could transfer the contract to our new home, wow, yea for $100. I will not use them again. Here is the response I got: First, I want to say Congratulations on the new home! We can absolutely transfer the membership to your new home next year, just so you know there is a transfer fee of $100. I can set myself a reminder to reach out to you this time next year to see if you are ready to schedule. If you do not want to transfer the membership to your new home, the new owners of your previous home can also have it transferred into their name for the same amount. Please let me know what you would like to do!

We have been using this company for our HVAC semiannual inspection, maintenance and servicing. Nathan has been to our home twice this year and has done a great job. The company does a great job with text and email reminders about the appointment and are excellent at letting me know when the technician is on their way. Nathan was on time, was professional, was able to answer all of my questions and was friendly. We will continue to use Tucker Hill Air, Plumbing and Electric.
