Called Tyler for quote on Tile roof (underlayment replacement), His quote was very thorough. Most detailed of any company. Their quote detailed the differences in products, and provided the details that a homeowner would care about, and left out the unnecessary details. The quote was very competitive, and the work was performed very quickly. From quote to job completed it was a total of 2.5 weeks. Overall, we are very happy with the communication with the company, and the work performed. Would recommend to anyone looking for quotes for a full roof replacement in the phoenix market.

These guys were very fast working on the roof, professional and the staff was so friendly..I will definitely recommend them to many more family and friends.

These guys are awesome. They just put a new roof on my house and built a patio overhang. The finished product is great. They showed a lot of character in dealing with the insurance claim specialist after the claim was initially denied they met with them and looked closer. After a meeting with PHX R&R and the insurance adjuster the insurance claim went through. I think the claim was accepted in part due to how professional and polite they were in pointing out some 50/50 items on my roof to the insurance adjuster. To finish it off they got my roof done for me before Thanksgiving and in between rain storms. Thank you Phoenix R&R!!

There was no hail damage but a few little things caused by a tree and Samme offered me advice on how to correct myself it properly.

Whoever was driving truck 934 today in phoenix on I10 needs a driving lesson, or revoked license. The guy is zipping in and out of heavy traffic, no signal, on his phone the whole time. Way too dangerous. We drive a large truck and felt as though he should cut close in front of us. Not a good image for your company.

Amazing work. Travis was very professional with us every step of the way, he was able to replace our roof at a weeks notice when every other company I called was a month out. We love the look of the new roof and we were able to work with Travis to get the color we wanted without any hassle.

Sean came out for the initial bid, he took extra time to explain some things more in detail then others had. He left me his cell phone number and told me to call, text or email him if I had any questions. When I called him to request SDC's certificate of insurance he had no issues sending a copy of it over to me. He emailed me and kept me up to date on when the roofing would start. Brian and the crew came out and did a great job with the roof. They were very respectful of my home and property. They put down drop cloths to try and catch some of the mess flying off the roof. The stuff that missed the tarps, they actually walked around and picked up. These guys must of walked back and forth 100 times getting all the little odds and ends up!! They also brought the leave blower and made sure to get all that extra gravel parts away from the house. Once work was completed Sean promptly sent me an email with my final receipt for work as well as the warranty for the roof. If you want a roofer who is respectful to you and your property and takes pride in making sure your home looks nice you found them here with SDC! Give Sean and his team a chance. So glad I did! They were HIGHLY recommended to us by a friend.
We had some leaks coming inside. They came quickly and on time.
Explained everything clearly, and the work was professional and they cleaned up all the debris. Now we HIGHLY recommend them to everyone we know.

Brandon was very helpful

Brandon gave us a proposal for my dad's house that was in escrow. The repair had to be done quickly and of course done well. He delivered on all of his promises and the pricing was very good as well. He was very easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. I'd recommend Brandon and Phoenix Roofing and will definitely keep them in mind next time I have a roofing project.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional
