I’ve known Jeff and his team for quite a while now, and I’m beyond impressed with his work ethic, honesty, and ability to get the job done. We’ve all heard the nightmare stories of contractors, I know I don’t have to get into it but these are the guys you want repairing and maintaining your roof. We used this company to install our roof 6 years ago. The first leak resulted in us having to have a wall removed due to water damage. They looked inside the attic and said it was fine and threw some putty on the fixtures outside. Then had part of our ridge vent fly off due to wind , we had to pay out of pocket to have that fixed because that was not covered under the warranty. Fast forward to another leak which I had them come out to check, the guy didn't do what I asked, ran some water over the roof and said it was fine and left. So rude. These leaks have cost me almost every thing I own. They will not call me back and I have called every day for the last week.

Update... After writing a not so nice letter to the owner he told me he won't be verbally abused by me and to contact the manufacturer and find another company to do the work. Nice! Now I have to pay another company to fix his roof job. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ?

I had called Stapleton roofing for a roof replacement. They sent out a kid that couldn't be older than 21 years old. He hardly knew what he was talking about or doing even with me pointing him to all the areas of the roof that needed extra attention. I waited a whole week to get a proposal and nothing. I then called them back and they had concerns because I had a flat roof. Mind you I don't need any work done to my flat at all. I only need my shingles to be replaced. The comment they made was they would need to redo my flat roof as well if they wanted me to do the shingles. Which makes no sense. And then instead of giving me a proposal anyways they stated I was just going to be over 12k I didn't provide any back up to what they were talking about. There's no way my roof would cost that much. and even if it did they didn't even take the time to write up an appropriate proposal. If you don't want to do the job just say that.

They worked extra long days to get the job done right very friendly and professional from start to finish from the first sit down with sales person Alex to the install they were honest and kept us up to date Our neighbors are all jealous of our beautiful new metal roof

We had Capstone Roofing come give an estimate and set up an appointment a week later for the roof to be repaired.

The repair specialist did the repair and said that he would make sure to perform a quality test on the roof and we agreed that would be ideal to insure the repair was sufficient. That was in early April. The test of the roof was never performed.

In addition to that miscommunication we just received a threatening notice that our payment was overdue - even though this final test has not been completed and the repair was only done two weeks ago - so payment is technically not even due for two more weeks.

The person I spoke with was totally unprofessional and not at all empathetic that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and that we will be sure to make payment when it is due in two weeks - they are completely tone deaf and not at all concerned for the customer!!

The way this was handled in all ways was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I definitely would not recommend this service.

Great communication and the project finished a couple days ahead of schedule. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone.

Cheapest quote out of about 10 I got. They explained things better than others. Workers thou were quite messy and careless. Sometimes sounded like They were going to fall in roof. A big crack happened in garage they claimed it was there and it wasn't. It rained and i got a water leak. They didn't bother to fix ceiling in garage. Careless on covering the area near chimney where it leaked from when they were calling for rain, Or the crack. Had many others in the house too.

I’ve used Gryphon for several patch-up jobs and there have been no leaks. Later I went with a cheaper company, and after a couple rains, the leak was back. Forget it, I thought...I’m calling Gryphon to replace the entire roof.

The workers were on time and cleaned up well. The only disappointments were that there were tire marks left on the driveway and debris in the pool.

I would definitely recommend Gryphon Roofing.
