They demonstrated why they have such an excellent Better Business Bureau rating today. We have a roof leak. They asked how old was the roof, and we said about 10 years. They did the inspection, found the issue and then said to call the original roof company that installed it because it would likely be under warranty. They earned our respect and gratitude.

Great service! They were scheduled out by my reality company just to check for outside damage only. But he toke it to the next step and found a leaking pipe inside the roof. Thanks again Dustin Denmark.

Renco did our total roof (removed all old foam and coatings) in 2012 after we had hail damage ... their team did a great job ... no mess from removing old roof and the new 10 year roof is great. The family is dedicated to good prompt service and give us routine inspections annually to see that everything is holding up to expectations.

I chose this company because of it's 5 star rating and great reviews. So I set up an appointment with Debbie (who was very nice and professional) to have someone from this company come look at my roof due to damage we had incurred from a previous rain. I took off the two hours on the morning he was going to come -- no call/no show, so I had to head into work. Two hours later I get a text that he had to help on a roof due to worker shortage, so I understood, these things happen.

The problem is he said they would be done by noon and he should be able to come by. No call, so I left a message for him to find out the status------- NEVER heard another thing.

Communication is key for any business and when you say you are going to do something I expect you to do just that. I have been in customer service for my entire working career and would never drop the ball as was done with the individual from this company.

They gave me a few options for the repairs I needed. The roofers arrived as expected and were very nice. I Would definately recommend them.

I would not recommend this company for the reason they are completely unprofessional. I signed up for roof repair back in early November and was told the work would be done in 3-4 weeks. They did not even call within 3-4 weeks to schedule the service at which point they scheduled it 7 weeks from when I signed up and gave them my deposit. I was scheduled for this Thursday and then they pushed it out again another week. Not once did I tell them I needed the work done by a date. They continue to miss the date they provided. It's beyond frustrating as I have other services schedule to follow the work they do. 100% unprofessional. There is zero reason to treat a customer like this. Is my job getting pushed out because it's not as big of a job as other jobs ? If that's the case, just have a minimum job cost that you're willing to take on rather than treat people like this. I don't know if their quality is good because I haven't had the work done, but going to look to find another company.

Jimmy Dougherty was our sales representative and was on-time, answered all our questions and was very professional. The instal crew was there when they were scheduled worked fast and diligently. They finished on-time and cleaned up the work site better than they found it. Highly recommended.

Absolute Nightmare dealing with their service department. Doing business with this company should be avoided if you have any alternative available. I need some repairs done for my roof due to some strom damage. Was routed to their service department but no one ever picks up the phone. Called at least 10 times and left countless voice mails over a two months period and no one ever returned the call. On one lucky day I got through to the manager of the service department and he tried to help. But it still required 5 separate phone calls to chase him down just to get an appointment for someone to come take an initial look (at a cost of $380 just to give an estimate, which I agreed to because I was tired of the phone game). On the day of the appointment, no one show up. I left work early and waited for 5 hours during the appointment window for nothing. No one called to let me what was going on. Called the office find out and of course no one answered. How can you treat people like this and still be in business????

We had our house soft washed today by this team and it looks phenomenal. The two-member crew came (with the owner) to introduce themselves and and ensure we didn't have any questions before they started the job. Once they started, they were careful and professional to ensure nothing was damaged or disrupted with our house. The job was done in a timely manner and the results are awesome. Highly recommend this company and definitely going to use them annually moving forward to ensure our house is treated and looking fantastic!

Had plywood and surface damage on a large 400 sq foot second story 29 year old walk deck/balcony. Pinnacle Roofing did an amazing job repairing existing plywood, adding a second layer of plywood and applying a four step Polycoat coating. The entire staff was helpful and in constant communication with me. I had twelve different companies come out over three months for estimates and was completely satisfied with my choice and the end results from Pinnacle.

We called them to come out to quote a replacement for my roof with new urethane foam and shingle roofing. Lance the estimator came out on time and gave a fair bid, so we signed up and everything turned out great. I was just really impressed with the quality and experience these guys had. I have never met people like that in my life with that level of customer service. They truly do everything to please the customer. And everyone of their people is pleasant. They leave your yard and surroundings absolutely pristine that you couldn't tell that anybody has ever been there at all.

So all in all, I just think that they're outstanding. I would definitely consider them to do your roofing. I was very pleased and I would use them again in a minute. They're wonderful and a professional company.
