I emailed 4 companies on a Sunday night, The only response was from Craig Brown of Brown Roofing. He came out a day or two after our initial conversation. I received two other estimates that were just a bit higher, I called Craig up to let him know I wanted him to do the job. The roof was complete 1 1/2 weeks later. The job took two full days in the Phoenix heat in June (110 degrees). Craig the owner was there to oversee both days. A great experience all around and would recommend his company to anyone.

Working with Ky-Ko Roofing was a very positive experience, from the 1st phone call - to completion of my roof. I chose them after having 3 other roofers come out. Oscar’s professionalism and knowledge, based on his experience as a roofer, made me feel comfortable and confident that Ky-Ko was who I wanted to go with. Marvin and his crew were always there on time and did a very thorough job. When the underlayment of my roof was removed, it exposed a considerable amount of damaged wood, due to drainage issues and age. The drainage issues were corrected and my new roof looks great!

The Lyons team (Elizabeth Mena, Ananda Holman, Eddie Cortez, the roofing Crew Mike Slaughter, Jorge Machado and Alazar Barron). Ananda is a wonderful communicator. She always delivered when I needed any information. The information was accurate and provided to me promptly. Eddie stopped by every day he explained each step of the process very clearly. The roofing crew was on time, worked diligently and cleaned up every day. I will recommend Lyons to everyone who had roofing needs. Thanks for a job well done!!!

Above and beyond! After fixing the leak by the eave, they also painted the underside. Owner also personally came back and took care of a minor detail that was missed by his nice crew. I would suggest to call them first for any roofing needs.

I sought out a roofing company that would be willing to give me a competitive pricing and who was willing to get the job done as soon as possible. Capstone Roofing LLC was hands down the best. Capstone, and all the staff met all my request for a fast efficient job, the workers were extremely professional, cleaned the entire area when they were done, and most of all the roof looks amazing.
This roofing job was for my mothers ageing home, I was worried that the roof would have additional repairs, it did, but they were minor and the additional cost were minimal.

Lastly, Id like to thank all the ladies in the front office who professional and courteous.

Had a complicated manufacturer warranty issue with GAF. Diversified helped document the problem and helped me obtain the funds for repair. Additionally, the repair was difficult (had to remove defective ice and water shield), but the company patiently worked through the issues and got the job done. I’m one-hundred percent satisfied with their work.

(To be clear, Diversified had nothing to do with initial roof installation).

We had our house soft washed today by this team and it looks phenomenal. The two-member crew came (with the owner) to introduce themselves and and ensure we didn't have any questions before they started the job. Once they started, they were careful and professional to ensure nothing was damaged or disrupted with our house. The job was done in a timely manner and the results are awesome. Highly recommend this company and definitely going to use them annually moving forward to ensure our house is treated and looking fantastic!

Please get the address correct for flatbedders deliveries. Location is right beside 17315 west cotton ln Goodyear AZ. The people I was talking can’t explain directions correctly and couldn’t tell me.

Called for a review of our roof due a leak. Calling to schedule was easy and Nathan was on time. Nathan was very nice but couldnt figure out where the leak was exactly. He had ideas but wanted his colleague Brandon to come take a look. He said he would call Brandon with our info to come out and look for a second opinion. Following day no calls. I text Nathan and he said he would follow up. Friday still no calls. Therefore I called the main office who took a message and said they would get back to me. Again no calls. The experience started off positive but ended poorly with lack of call backs or assistance. At this point can not recommend this company.

Premier Roofing was fantastic repairing the dryrot damage under the eaves and fascia boards and found the specific matching replacement shingles that match the existing roof. The crew was professional got the task down and left the project clean of any debris

Rosie On The House highly recommends them. Very impressed with how my flat roof came out. I highly recommend Durafoam, their office and on-site staff is great to work with.
