Sheldon was a great help through the whole process of putting an insurance claim in for my roof . Not only did he meet with the Insurance Adjuster on the day of the inspection, he also did many follow up emails to ensure that the insurance company had everything they need to get my roof replaced. As soon as the claim was approved his team jumped into action and my roof was completed in one day. Hands down, best roofing company in AZ. Big thank you to Sheldon and the TSM Roofing Team …. Good expensive; on the high end when it comes to cost.

They did an excellent job of replacing my roof. In the process, they removed the old swamp cooler, solar panels and antenna. The project leader was always available to discuss details as the project proceeded. In the end he personally took care of miscellaneous details to complete the job. The crew did a great job of cleaning up every day.

Just completed finalization on the entire replacement of our 24 year old tile roof.
Very pleased with their service and quality of work: from the beginning contract bid process by their Project Mgr Charlie Ethington , to the concluding inspection required work from Supt Luis Batres.
Everything was done as scheduled, resulting in a great appearing new roof.
The pricing was competitive among other estimates received.

For the COVID-19, concerns, was able to keep a safe social distance, particularly since the work was done outside.

Would highly recommend America Roofing for anyone considering roof replacement or repairing attention.

The good about this company and their install was the cost and the fact that my roof did not leak.

Unfortunately, that was where the good stopped. I felt that many corners were cut on the installation. Photo below is an excellent example. Almeida will exclude painting from their scope (which is fair). But then they perform work, remove fascia (and in one spot - replace it with a 2x4), and install the roof in a way that does not allow you to come back and paint the wood they replace. I am not sure why this was done.

Also photoed are spots on my flat roof where the rolled roofing was bubbled. Their fix was to shoot sealant into the void, rather than heat up the roofing and reseal, which they told me they would do.

It took three return visits to correct issues. First pass included flashings missing and possibly the worst cut on a flat roof I have ever seen. My flat roof over the garage still has an area where the flashings seem to have a drop in them, but I've just accepted this is the way it is going to be now.

I felt the final visit to correct issues was the top guy. He was quite good, but could only do so much to salvage what had already been done.

All in all, if you're in a bind, these guys should be low and based on my experience, do care to make sure your roof doesn't leak. If you have the time to stand over their shoulder and manage the work, you'll probably be OK. But if you want something done with attention to detail, I'd recommend going elsewhere and paying a little more. I wish I had.

We had great experience with Lenin. He repaired water drain canal and the leak on the roof. He is very nice, punctual and charged reasonable price. We didn't feel any inconvinience while he was working on the roof. We are going to have him for installing the gutters too. We highly recommend him.

Worked with Rich at Multi-Pro and I can see why both he and the company are rated so well. I didn’t even consider that the insurance might help cover the cost of the replacement, but Rich was on top of it and from the very beginning he worked with the insurance company to get everything approved. Gave Phoenix roofing a call because my roof was in bad shape, they came out the following day and inspected my roof. They informed me of a few issues.
1, hail damage
2, previous roofers installed ridge incorrectly,
3, roof was starting to blister
4, had warped decking.

Thought I would be paying a lot of out of pocket to repair damages. Isiah informed me that my roof could be paid for by my insurance company. Gave Farmers a call and Phoenix roofing took care of the rest. Insurance paid for my roof and the code upgrades to insure no further issues.

Phoenix roofing is a wonder company to work with and great with insurance as they got my roof back to code and the only cost was my deductible which was mostly covered by collateral damages.
