Best Service Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

We used Handyman Connection to install a large multi-pane sliding glass door. We’d experienced a lot of delay and run-around with other contractors and the project had been left incomplete for months. The moment I met with Greg H. I felt reassured. I’m picky but he seemed more picky than I was. Greg was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He delivered quality service, excellent craftsmanship, and a reasonable price. This company fixed multiple things for our property from holes in the walls to the garage doors, windows and more. Each time we have called they have shown up on time and the price never changes.

I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! I was very pleased with the service I received from Response Crew (RC). I have an Airbnb in Chandler AZ and submitted a request for quote for some fairly simple work (a kitchen faucet, 3 bathroom faucets and a shower curtain rod). I was very detailed in my description of the work needed, so that I could get a ball park estimate online. I sent the request to 5 different handy man services, and response crew was the only one that responded with an estimate. All other handy man services wanted to come to the house (I live in Chicago, so I couldn't meet them and I didn't want to waste time). Again, I wasn't looking for an exact quote, just a ball park. After giving me the estimate and talking to the customer service team, I decided to give them a go.

Ruben from Response Crew came to my house, on time (8am as promised) and completed the job very well. I had all products there waiting for them and RC installed everything. Further, I purchased a wrong size faucet and RC drove to Home Depot, picked up a new one for me (sent me a pic for my approval) and returned to my home to install it. I returned the other one I purchased, that didn't fit, for a full refund.

Was my first time using RC and first impression was excellent service and a good group of people. I will use them again and hope to get the same service. Thanks!

We have been trying to replace our handyman who retired. It has been a rough year. We could not find a reliable replacement. We came across Sonoran spoke to Yasser who we liked immediately. Not only was he professional, but very knowledgeable about working with property management. I thought our old handyman was great. But Sonoran and Yasser has turned out to be even better. He scheduled with tenants and keeps us informed through the whole process. We know exactly when repair is scheduled and completed. It has made tracking repairs on each property a breeze. I would recommend this company if you are looking to make life easier. Especially if you have several projects or properties.

Your not going to find a more professional, reliable, or reasonable handyman and I’ve used many over the years. Whether it’s Greg or Justin you’re going to be satisfied and you will never have to worry if the job is done right. I’ve called on Justin and Greg often for jobs big and small. Can’t be beat.

Johnny is fantastic! He came in on a minutes notice to repair our ceilings after the monsoon caused massive leaks in our roof. He worked with our schedules, cleaned up all the debris from the job, and was trustworthy and professional. His work is absolutely excellent.

Mr. Erazo was very responsive and professional. We had a limited window to have a few different tasks done and Mr. Erazo delivered. I have also used him for interior leaks and repairs and he delivered exceptional results each time. I appreciate being able to call and directly get ahold of him which separates Mr. Erazo from the larger handyman services who send a different person each time. I was so excited after reading all the great reviews. I called Mr. Ruiz on Wednesday to do a new vanity install in my bathroom. He said he would be here the following Monday. Unfortunately after several text messages and phone calls, he was a no show. I was very disappointment, but found someone else to do the jog.

Used Desert Ridge Handyman in install a ceiling Fan, and replace a faucet, and patch some stucco for me. On time, did a great job, and the cost was very reasonable. I'll use him again next time I have a project.

Jeremy was very Focused on list of repairs after his assessments he quickly ran out to get parts finished job with excellent results. Finally someone with tools and knowledge to tackle the job.
