Excellent workmanship, not cheap, but worth every penny!

I was very impressed with Teemu from Renco Roofing. His customer service was outstanding. He was a very nice professional young man. He knows his job very well and stands behind his company! When it was time to do the roof his crew showed up everyday, and cleaned up at the end of the day. They actually finished the roof a few days early! I was very impressed with this company and will refer them to everyone!

We had a complete tear out and replacement of our roof. The price was fair and they did a great job. But, what is most impressive was the continual communication and oversight from the owner as well as pictures to update us on the actual progress. The owner went by the house a number of times to check and double check the work. He was very honest and there were no surprises during the process. I have worked with a lot of contractors and have never found one to have such exceptional communication and customer service skills. Thank you for the terrific experience!

First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix. Several roof tiles were torn off our roof by wind. The Diversified Roofing team came our fast, did an excellent repair for a very good price. The workers were friendly and professional.

Amazing work. Travis was very professional with us every step of the way, he was able to replace our roof at a weeks notice when every other company I called was a month out. We love the look of the new roof and we were able to work with Travis to get the color we wanted without any hassle.

Someone else told me I needed $1000s of work done. I called Durafoam and found out the only problem was a bee hive blocking a scupper. The guy who came out cleared the scupper and told me I just needed to caulk around it. So glad I called them.

I had to replace my entire roof which was a very expensive and stressful situation. I hired Brian and Shawn from PCC and was totally satisfied with this experience They were caring, professional, efficient, and thorough. It was a three day job, and every day before the workers left, they cleaned up and it looked like no one had been around. I certainly hope that I will never have to repeat to do this again, I would hire PCC without any hesitation. If you need competent, call PCC.

Two weeks ago I scheduled a roof repair with American Roofing your company. I am beginning to think that was a bad choice. Today was the day someone from your company was to show up between 7AM and 4PM to complete the repairs. I called this morning and spoke to a Ashley in customer service to find out what time the roofer could possibly show up. She said they would be there between 7AM and 4PM. At 2:30 I called back because your hours are from 6AM to PM. All I got was a voice mail. No one returned my call in fact it is after 4PM and NO one has shown up or called. I would call that VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially because I took the day off from work to acommadate their schedule. I would rate your company zero today but there is a space for zero so I guess I must give you a ONE. Hopefully this email rating will be read by other people who like me expected PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH. Oh it's Friday so now I have to wait until Monday to see if anyone from your company actually reads these responses. Good Day

Pouring down rain and roof is leaking. They sent someone immediately to put a tarp on. The followup to determine the problem and make repairs was prompt and professional. They kept me advised with phone calls and photos throughout. Very pleased.

I'm usually not one to provide online reviews, but Daryl and his team are worth the exception. Daryl was super responsive, was able to help during this busy monsoon season, and did exceptional job repairing storm damage to our roof. Would highly recommend and definitely will use again!

I’ve contracted with Arizona Roof Rescue multiple times for homes I have owned. One is a rental property and the other two were primary residences. The owner of the company, Alan, has always arrived on time and provided a thorough examination and explanation of what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and an estimate to get the job completed. He provided a schedule and his crews always arrived on time, ready to work. I’ve seen the same crew at each job. Alan treats them like family and they are some of the hardest working men I’ve ever seen. At the end of each work day they thoroughly clean the job site, removing any debris and most importantly, any nails. Every job has been completed on time and on budget.
