Sheldon is outstanding.Very professional n has a charismatic personality. HE EXPLAINS excatly what is needed, how long and when the job will be done and follows thru. TSM workers were on time and did an outstanding job as was ALL clean up. Sheldon was on the job, in and out. Came by at the end of job to make sure work was performed to expectation. Depending on what is needed for your roof, we had four other estimates. TSM, SHELDON, owner with all his knowledge and explanation that others didnt take the time to spend nor listen to your concerns about what was needed; was a great part; along with a fast estimate of the job was a great decision as to why we went with his company. Nothing but good experiences with Almeida Roofing. We had our 43 year old concrete tile roof completely replaced, including a lot of plywood and fascia boards (water damage). The quote was fair and reasonable. Almeida's crew did an amazing job, and were nice enough to paint the fascia boards as they were installing them, which saved me a lot of hassle. They were quick, courteous and communicated well throughout the process. My wife and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any roof work done.

After roof damage from monsoons, Brian came out right away to give me an estimate, then tarped the roof (during another rain storm). They were competitively price and quick to respond. My roof was completed from start to finish in two days. Fantastic job and clean up. Have already recommended them to neighbors.

Although Star Roofing performed our tear off and install seven years ago, we still remember their great customer service and quality of work. We received multiple bids after the hail storm came through that year and Star was the most competitive. What also impressed me was that they were/are the last union roofing company in Arizona. I always appreciate companies that take care of their employees.

We have a Dutch Colonial home designed by an architect back east and complicated additional structures including detached garage, breezeway, and unique pavilion with a complicated steep pitched roof. After 20 years of a deteriorating concrete shingle roof, and a poorly done metal roofing job done by our original roofer, we decided to get a new lifetime metal roof on all our structures. We had a long wait to get the job done but it was worth it. We did not want to trust someone who claimed to do metal roofs. They are not the least expensive but if you want the job done right it is not worth cutting corners on price. It took Vertex 2 months to do our job. Their employees were courteous, and cleaned up every night. We got to know the crew and enjoyed having them around. They are professionals and they know how to do metal roofs. Don’t take a chance with roofers who say they do metal roofs. I do not hesitate to recommend them for your job no matter how small, large or complicated. They will do it right. Their salesman Craig Sorenson worked with us every step of the way and helped us with samples, ideas and metal products that helped us to get the beautiful look we wanted to compliment and enhance the look of our home.

Their work was outstanding and their price was very reasonable. It is hard to find a contractor you can trust to do the right thing and be transparent about everything. Wow! What can I say? A free roof from insurance?! Neil Burnett was my project manager and did a spectacular job. The whole time I was worried that I was going to be hit with a huge bill, but at the end of the job, all I owed the young man was my deductible. Still can't believe how smooth and professional this process was. My wife and I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

Referred by another roofer that was too busy. Very painless, scheduled pretty quickly, gave me an estimate, good communication before during and after, did the work, reasonable cost (didn't compare), all is well. I don't love that I had to do the repair, but at least this group made it easy. Would have liked a little better clean-up. I had to throw away a bunch of junk cement and wood pieces they left. That took 5 minutes, so not a huge deal.

Reyes did a flat roof tear-off and repair for us. Milton and his crews were very professional.
