No Response! No Return Call. Left a voicemail to sales department as I needed an estimate. No return call, nothing.

After the Oct 2022 hail-storm here in Scottsdale, our roof really took a beating. My husband contacted three different roofing contractors as per insurance instruction, but didn't have that 100% level of confidence that he likes to have. He was noticing one sign in most all of our neighbor’s yards for TSM Roofing. By chance, he was outside and noticed a guy on our neighbor's roof; his name was Tyler and he was one of the owners of TSM Roofing. My husband asked him if he could do ours afterwards and we made an appointment for the following Monday. He was on the roofing marking the storm damage, taking photos and writing the estimate for some time. When he came down he said that if we wanted to hire him, send him the insurance point of contact and he could take it from there. When he sent us the estimate later that night, his attention to detail was tremendous and his estimate was competitive. Due to his professionalism and his customer service skills, we hired him on the spot. He started working with my insurance and a couple of weeks later we had a beautiful new roof and their cleanup was sensational. He was on site and his crew completed the roof in one day. When it came time to pay, he had exact figures from the insurance company and made sure that I did not pay a dime more than my deductible. I had the underlayment of my room replaced (the regular 20 year maintenance). From quote to installment KyKo Roofing was professional to deal with. The guys accidentally broke a window (something slid off the roof and hit it); the project manager let me know right away and checked in with me periodically as I got it and the screen replaced. They promptly reimbursed me, even hand delivering me a check. They were punctual, tidy and worked with me and my solar company. The final product look nice and updated. I am happy with how everything turned out.

Hello I am the Facilities Chair for a small Lutheran Church. Earlier this year we hired Lyon’s Roofing to Seal and Foam our Churches 20 year old roof. We had some bad leaks and the roof was stained in multiple locations on the ceiling below.

Project manager Julie Moore got on the roof, surveyed the condition and submitted and easy to read bid that not only included pictures of the areas they were going to service, but also an easy to read breakdown of the costs.

Of the 4 bids that we received Lyons was the most professional, easy to read, and priced competitively. We chose Lyons for the job.

We even had them return a month later to fix issues we had with 2 modular buildings that had roof leaks for years. Julie got on the roof again and came up with a solution that fixed the problem for only $300/ building. I was impressed.

Over all I am completely satisfied with the professionalism, product, and service that Lyons provided. I would highly recommend them to every one.

After a bad storm, our roof had maybe a dozen tiles that were damaged. We were referred by a friend and Mikku & Sons Roofing came out within a day to repair the roof. They even brought matching paint to paint the cement joints! They were speedy, professional and went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Family run, honest and hard-working. Almeida replaced our roof 10 years ago, and did an excellent job. Recently, we had some damage from a microburst, and they came out to replace the damaged shingles. They are timely, informative, and do great work. I'd recommend this company to anyone with ANY roofing needs!

What an impressive company and crew of workers. Saturday they came on time and started the tear down of the old roof. Then removed and replaced all the rotten wood. By 4:30 the same day I had a new roof.
I'm sure that it is not normal to do a roof in one day like this but I was in a predicament and they stepped up sending lots of extra men out to make sure that I was take care of. They really went above and beyond my expectations.
I wound not hesitate to refer this company in the future.

We had Geo come to fix our roof after a big wind storm and they came out quick, got it fixed and was a reasonable price. Now a year and a half later we needed a tile shifted back cause of a home inspection for the sale of our home and Mike came out and fixed it for us no charge. Great company!

I really never write reviews unless I'm really happy or really mad about customer service and work quality. I am building a custom home and have worked with every trade in the process and I can tell you Rick Thomas and Thomas Roofing was the best to work with by far. He always answers the phone, has good pricing, his crew is timely and does great work. There were some items that needed addressed from other trades that he was able to provide solutions for to move the process along. Highest recommended and will continue to use him on all my projects.

Capstone installed a new roof on my workshop and made repairs to the main house that had leaks. I would definitely use them again. Bill definitely came through for me on my project.
