We are out of state owners who engaged TSM Roofing to replace an entire roof on our rental property in Phoenix. I have nothing but the best things to say about this company. They were professional, easy to work with and sensitive to our requests for detailed documentation and photos that evidence the job performed. From the initial estimate, we were very impressed with how thoroughly the examination of the existing roof was and the completeness of the description, terminology and cost explanation were. The estimator, David, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and had our trust immediately. He also explained we had to wait a while before they could start the job due to shipping delays for all the required new and replacement roofing supplies which we appreciated so there would be no delays once the job started. When the job started on the exact day/time scheduled, the project manager, Eddie, showed up and gave us the detailed schedule and plan. Their scheduler, Abril, kept us posted on shipping and scheduling progress. She efficiently contacted us so we never had to wonder. The crew showed up bringing all the supplies which were efficiently and quickly unloaded. They began work and continued non- stop all day except for a short break for lunch. The crew was very impressive in their speed, skill and thoroughness. The dumpster they used fit nicely next to our driveway so at no time did we have trouble get cars in or out. Small detail but important one Lyons ensured. The job was finished on time and at the price and with all details spoken of initially. There were some nice extras they do standard we noticed afterwards that really made our roof well above what we expected. From beginning to end, working with Lyons Roofing has been a professional pleasure and an amazing trust-filled experience. Their work and all their people are superior in every way. My roof was not leaking but it was 24 years old. The thought of someday repainting high ceilings was not appealing so I had budgeted for a replacement. I got multiple estimates and checked out all contractors with Az. ROC. The five bids I received ranged from high to temptingly low. I wanted to save money and go cheap but didn't sleep well. After thorough consideration I picked the company with the best reputation -Stapleton Roofing. The job took about a week and went very smoothly. All Stapeton employees were helpful and highly professional . They demonstrated concern for me and my home and never took short cuts. Stapleton's bid was very competitive and honest. I worked for this company about a year and a half. Safety is horrible for the employees. I was injured on the roof during a heat wave advisory of 115 degrees plus. It took 3 and a half hours to get me off due to starkweather not wanting to call emergency services for help. My family ended up calling 911 and they said if I couldn't safely be removed from the roof within 10 minutes they should of been called sooner to help. Due to my family calling 911 and stepping in for my safety I was terminated. The owner of the company Jeff Starkweather had no sympathy also telling my wife and myself that we would be sorry and screwed in the end for taking my health into our own hands by filing worker's compensation. Also the superintendents are very rude to there employees calling them names and degrading them. Not a company I

Used Centrik to replace my entire roof, they replaced plywood, skylight, brought vents to code and the tile installation was first class- best roof in the neighborhood- family run company - they care about quality and their reputation!

Sub Contractors Beware, this company does not pay as agreed! I have called and talked to Rob the owner 3x and he always says he will look into it and call back but guess what.... he never calls back so if you do not want to get stiffed on your work, run from Roofing Southwest and Rob.
