We feel like we rediscovered what great customer service looks like with IllumiNation Doors & Windows. My wife and I needed to replace wooden french doors. We got bids from several companies but Rick listened most carefully to our needs and provided knowledgeable solutions with several options. He went the extra mile to meet our needs including making some changes to the original order. The installation team was ontime, efficient in their work and cleanup. Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.
