Alex Alvarez from Trojan Pest Control and Home Inspections is professional and very thorough with his inspections. He is very detail oriented in making sure his home inspection reports are what's best for the customer and purchase decision. He will make you aware of any issue the house might have so you are prepared with your agent and the seller.
I highly recommend Alex and will continue to recommend him and use anytime an inspection is needed. I also use Trojan Pest monthly at work and my condo to keep pests away. Alex and Israel are an awesome team! They are quick and responsive to any situation. I am also always greeted by Dyann nicely and professionally when I call for service!

This company says same day service and they mean. I called on a Saturday and David was out the same day to take care of a bee issue for me. Wonderful service and would recommend this company very highly.

It's the time of year for creepy crawlies to find their way into houses, but they seem to be sticking around much longer this year than they usually do. We've had Widow out a few times now, and we're very happy with their service. They are able to get us scheduled within 2-3 business days. They are prompt (and will text if they can be early) and professional. Nicholas explained why we may be having continued issues (old plumbing with possible damage) and gave suggestions for permanent solutions, as well as options to manage the issue in the meantime. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I wish I didn't need their services, but as long as I do, they'll continue to get my business!

Buyer beware! $165.00 Service charge to treat bees. Scott told us if it didn't exterminate all the bees the first time call us back in two weeks and I will retreat. Read your service agreement it's not free, your have to pay again! They wanted $1200 to remove hive if nothing wierd happens?? Bad business.

I called to have my home serviced. I scheduled an appointment and the tech never showed. No one called to inform me that he was running late or couldn't make it to my house. I had to call out of work so I could meet with him.
