Best Pre Construction in Phoenix AZ

We had the exterior of our 2 story home recently painted by House Painters Phoenix. The owner was prompt in getting out for an estimate and scheduling, and offered suggestions on products to make sure we were happy with the longevity of the paint we chose (had to comply with HOA). They got us scheduled in a very short amount of time, getting us in before Christmas. The job took about 3 and a half days with 2 men and the owner there. Overall, stress free process and we’re very happy with the results!

They showed on time from the estimate to the work, were professional and did a great job. This is an anomaly in this climate where contractors don't respond or show up.

Fabulous job! Painted our home (ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards and closets). Took them three days with a team a three. They Left the home clean and did a wonderful job! Will definitely use them again.

Everyone that we dealt with from start to finish was so kind and professional. We would highly recommend them. It was actually refreshing to deal with this company as we have been dealing with other contractors where the experience has been awful.

VanDerKolk did my iron fences. They did a fantastic job. Showed high-level of care and skill, and most importantly integrity. They did what they said they'd do. I would recommend them.
