I wanted to drop a line and let you know what a pleasure it is to work with your company and its employees – especially Brad who came out last week and check out my leak, reassured me I had no mold and that the repairs done in 2009 were good and did not cause the new leak. He couldn’t have been nicer if he tried – professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and put on those booties for me!

I mean, who does this anymore? I thought I had bounced back in time – 20 to 30 years ago – when this type of service was EXPECTED!

Maybe this should be your new tag line: “Service – like the old days!”

Anyway, you should be complimented on your selection and training of employees – so there ya go!

AllState Roofing did a great job replacing the underlayment on our home. The pricing was competitive. Everyone we dealt with was awesome and very professional, including: Chad, Veronica and Brad. From the estimate to the final day of work, they responded very quickly to questions, kept us posted on progress and made sure we understood the process. Great experience! We'd used them again and have already recommended they to three other people.

This roofing service company definitely went the extra mile for us. W had damage to our roof caused by tree limbs that fell on it during a storm. The team did a thorough inspection of the roof and provided a reasonable estimate. The team of workers finished the work maintaining the utmost quality. I was very happy with the team.

We had a complete tear out and replacement of our roof. The price was fair and they did a great job. But, what is most impressive was the continual communication and oversight from the owner as well as pictures to update us on the actual progress. The owner went by the house a number of times to check and double check the work. He was very honest and there were no surprises during the process. Just had a new roof installed by Multi-Pro Roof Solutions. They did an amazing job from dealing with the insurance company to actually installing the roof, the service was fantastic.

I'm particularly grateful for all of the hand-holding during the process by the Project Manager Zach Tomlinson. He did everything he said he would do, was responsive to all of my questions and was really great to work with.

They did a very good job fixing the issues. I would say please call and set up time to have these guys come out and help you with any roofing needs. Warranty is most import bec it after the work has been done. We have Roof Deck they do the work on. I will be using these guys again...

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus.
