I had multiple roof tiles come loose from wind. Had another roofing contractor come out and tell me I needed 6 tiles replaced and he could do it for $350 cash.
Call Scott Roofing (dispatcher was great) and she set up a free consult. When the estimator (Sal Corona) came out and climbed on the roof told me that the membrane was good, I only had 1 broken tile, and he proceeded to put the remaining tiles back in place. He came down, gave me the broken tile, and told me where I could get a new one for free. He then instructed me how to install the new tile. And he didn’t change us anything! Wealth of knowledge, customer focused, and honest. You can’t ask for more.

My recent experience with TSM roofing can be summed up in three words HONESTY, VALUE and Quality. The TSM team were very competitive in their proposal vs the other roofing contractors I solicited a bid from. I was very impressed with the quality of both the worked performed and the materials used. I highly recommend Phoenix Roofing! They did a great job, and our experience was very positive. Jack, the owner, is very helpful, quick to respond to any questions, very professional, friendly, courteous, and honest. One of the things I was very impressed with was the communication of every step of the job. We felt we were very well informed and updated as the job progressed. At the completion of the job, Jack sent us pictures of the roof. Again, I would highly recommend this company.

Clyde came to our company to gain our business. We manage 400 single-family homes throughout the valley. We gave him two work orders. One is over a month old and we still don't have an invoice although they claim the job is complete. The roof is still leaking and they say it is not on them because there are holes in the metal stacks. (So as a roofer I guess they won't do all of the roofing repairs - metal stacks in a roof are someone else's job???) Could have told us that a month ago so we could have avoided further secondary damage to this home for the owner and major inconvenience to our tenant.
Second job we gave them is still leaking with each rain. 16 days and counting waiting for a bid. We are reassigning the work order and will not use this company again.

Although Star Roofing performed our tear off and install seven years ago, we still remember their great customer service and quality of work. We received multiple bids after the hail storm came through that year and Star was the most competitive. What also impressed me was that they were/are the last union roofing company in Arizona. I always appreciate companies that take care of their employees.

It was the night of Rain-agedon, about three weeks ago now when 3” of fell within about an hours time. Being a water damage restoration contractor, my phone began ringing off the hook. I began calling all of the roofing contractors I had in my phone to help my customers who needed emergency tarping services because they had roof leaks. I called Eric with Reimagine Roofing. It was 11pm and he answered, what’s more he said he was on his way! He did arrive and take care of that customer until we’ll after 1am.

The next few days, I called Eric for 5-6 other customers roofs over the next 3 days. He was Johnny on the spot for each one. Eric proved himself as someone I can trust in times of need. I can honestly say that he is my roofing guy when I need my customers taken care of. Thank you Eric for your tireless service during those crazy days and all the service since then. You are the man, and Reimagine Roofing is my go-to roofing company. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Referred by another roofer that was too busy. Very painless, scheduled pretty quickly, gave me an estimate, good communication before during and after, did the work, reasonable cost (didn't compare), all is well. I don't love that I had to do the repair, but at least this group made it easy. Would have liked a little better clean-up. I had to throw away a bunch of junk cement and wood pieces they left. That took 5 minutes, so not a huge deal.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE -

We had Capstone Roofing come give an estimate and set up an appointment a week later for the roof to be repaired.

The repair specialist did the repair and said that he would make sure to perform a quality test on the roof and we agreed that would be ideal to insure the repair was sufficient. That was in early April. The test of the roof was never performed.

In addition to that miscommunication we just received a threatening notice that our payment was overdue - even though this final test has not been completed and the repair was only done two weeks ago - so payment is technically not even due for two more weeks.

The person I spoke with was totally unprofessional and not at all empathetic that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and that we will be sure to make payment when it is due in two weeks - they are completely tone deaf and not at all concerned for the customer!!

The way this was handled in all ways was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I definitely would not recommend this service.

These people have the worst customer service. No one returns your calls. And if they do it’s a week later because someone is on vacation even though you called and left a few voice mails with other people. They came out made us a quote that was over $100 more then the company we ended up using. They are the ones that built the roof not even 3 years ago about 2 1/2 years and the roof from the storms ripped out roof apart. They say it’s an act of god they can’t control what the weather does. But why is it a brand new home and not only ours many others in same builder complex that also had same issues. That sounds more like workmanship then weather. The people the had on the roof when it was being built had no professional vehicles and could not sp aj English every time we checked on our home while being built. Stay away

The owner was very respectful professional and did the job once and did the job right on our 200 year old National Historic Society landmark if I could choose 10 Stars I would I would recommend this company to anyone and family America's history deserves good quality craftsmanship like these guys have thank you 10 stars!

Jack the Roofer is a HUGE RIPOFF - HE TOOK THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FROM ME AND Gave ME A 12 YEAR GUARANTEE. I had my entire roof done 3 years ago and have had them back 3 times already for leaks. Now I have yet another leak in my office in a different spot. I’ve been trying to notify Jack and he keeps avoiding all of my text messages and calls. He had no problem taking my money yet he doesn’t want to come back and fix his horrible work. His son from what I remember is very reliable and I will try to reach out to him on Monday before I take this any further. I wish I would’ve gone with my first instinct and never hired them, the only reason I did is because of a family member who in the beginning swore they were amazing although now their tune has changed about them as well.

I LOOKED AT MY FLAT ROOF THAT IS LEAKING FROM MY SECOND FLOOR And IT’S AN AWEFUL JOB. Last year when I had the leak in my front room, I even told Jack how he placed my tile on wrong and it looks atrocious from the road, he would never respond back to me because he knows he screwed up. This man is absolutely unprofessional, unreliable and LOVES MAKING EXCUSES and I would not recommend them to anyone. Last year he took a picture of one of my leaks and said it was a stucco repair needed when in fact it was not. It was his shotty job on the roof above the master bedroom in my home.

If I don’t hear back from them by the end of next week, I will be contacting the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AS WELL AS THE REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS. I’ll let the Registrar see their pathetic work.

I was in a hurry to replace my roof because Tesla solar was installing my system and had moved up my installation date. Pinnacle was able to bump up my roof installation a few weeks in order to accommodate my solar install. I really appreciated this. Everyone with whom I dealt was professional. I was happy with my new roof.
