We learned about Phoenix Roofing Contractors a Pro West company from my cousin who is HOA president in Sun City. She used them for her whole complex and said what an amazing job, overall communication, professionalism, knowledge and craftsmanship for replacing roofs. Jeff and Josiah Guthrie’s with Phoenix Roofing Contractors came highly recommended and so happy with our new roof!
I called them and they came out and did an inspection and discussed all options. If you have experienced storm damage it is worth your time to have them come out and do an inspection. You will not be disappointed. They have years of local expertise and provide peace of mind in such a big home project. Great project management and coordination of all steps of shingles being dropped off at the house and our roof was done in one day! now we have a beautiful new roof and we picked a color that complimented our house color and feel confident and provides peace of mind that our home is now protected from top down. The shingles they use are very high quality and can’t say enough about the quality product overall that they deliver. Recently we had an addition built by another company and that experience did not go well so we're a bit leery of home improvement companies. Several weeks ago one of the monsoon storms knocked shingles off of the new roof and we started calling companies for estimates. The first company said the entire roof (old and new) needed to be replaced and quoted a price around $11,000. KY-KO was our second appoint and Joe Jimenez was a breath of fresh air.

He conducted a thorough inspection on both sides and gave us great news-the roof is fine. There were actually two layers of shingles on the new side so the missing pieces won't be an issue until the original roof is due to be replaced in another year or two. Joe was honest and even took the time to explain different types of roofing so we can upgrade when we replace.

We definitely feel that he wasn't just out for the sale and he will serve the company well. Next year when the old roof need replaced, we'll just re-do the entire roof (and possibly cover the porch as well) - of course with KY-KO Roofing.

With a small job, often it can be difficult to find a contractor who will follow through! I contacted Tacheny through Yelp because I wanted the roof inspected on my three year old home. After visits and bids from three firms, we decided to choose Tacheny. Jim, the salesperson who came out and took pictures, provided a competitive bid for a few broken tiles and flashing that needed to be reattached.
Jim was actually the same person who returned later after securing matching tiles and, in the sweltering AZ heat, replaced the broken tiles and made sure the flashing was put back in place. I have already recommended them for an inspection to neighbors and I'm glad to have done business with them!

Whoever was driving truck 934 today in phoenix on I10 needs a driving lesson, or revoked license. The guy is zipping in and out of heavy traffic, no signal, on his phone the whole time. Way too dangerous. We drive a large truck and felt as though he should cut close in front of us. Not a good image for your company.
