Great crew, they came out with in 24 hrs gave me an estimate, I got a couple more estimates from other contractors, these guys were the best over all, promptly, great communication, if I had a complaint it was addressed in a professional manner.. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate this company. We had a flood back in May and went with a horrible company, the quality of work wasn’t professional and neither was the project manager. We had a second flood and went with our home owners insurance preferred vendor and that was Venturi. I was so scared to go through this process again but they put us at ease. Raul was our project manager and was wonderful with communication and making sure this rebuild was done in a timely manner. He came out and assessed the project, came again to deliver materials and did a walk through and will be back to do our final walk through. Our project has one more day scheduled to finish but I just had to share our positive experience. Thank you to Raul and your incredible crew for making this a home again. It looks beautiful.

This isn’t a good company to do business with. They drag there feet doing work, my family and I would wait weeks for them to fix the smallest things. They were referred by our Homeowners insurance agent, I wish I never did any business with them.
Please save yourself a headache and hire another company. The worst part is our home still isn’t finished and the decided to file a judgment against us.

I had spoken to Amie who was very professional and understood my concern about the lack of insulation in my attic. I was told by another company that I had no insulation in my attic which was very concerning to me. Amie sent Sean out who took a look in the attic land discovered there was 14 inches of insulation throughout the attic. I had plenty of it. The other company was just trying to get one over on an elderly couple. Thank you Amie! I will contact your company whenever something needs to done at my home.

Mr. Eric Allen and his son Cameron were at our home immediately upon hearing of the damage. They worked expeditiously and spent the entire day remedying the situation. Not only did they stay until they found the source, they returned the following day (Saturday) at 6:00 AM to empty the effected areas. They moved all items to a storage facility. They worked in 110 degree heat until 5 PM that day, completely removing all wet drywall and insulation. They cleaned and vacuumed. They then installed many commercial dryers, answered any questions I had, in a very knowledgeable manner. They are by far a company that many could learn how to properly run a well oiled machine. I am going to advise people on Social Media, in the event they have an issue, in The Valley. They are a wonderful efficient team.They work tirelessly and are highly focused on superb quality service. I would give them a higher grade, if possible. They returned every day on a 24 hour interval to check their status & make appropriate adjustments, regardless of it being a weekend. They check every job, no matter how many there are. I have not experienced such exceptional customer service in my 57 years.

Belfor did a great job and quickly getting our home back together after water damage. They interfaced with the insurance company the entire time so we did not have to. One year later they came back and touched up some warranty work with no fuse. Great company and service.

Verify with your insurance company to make sure there is coverage first. Quick restore will come in have you sign to start work not telling you that If your insurance does not cover they will leave your house in disarray and send you a heafty bill. As noted in one BBB claim will charge you $750 for a dryer. Quick restore will place a lien on your house as they state in their BBB reaponse We put a pre lien on her home like we do with every job due to people not paying people dont pay because they are not upfront and honest.

This team has been so incredible taking care of pack outs and deliveries. My house flooded and that same day we had a team here helping us manage and move everything in the affected areas. The professionalism and expertise while helping from Eddie, Julie, Maria and the whole team was impeccable. I would definitely recommend this company based on what services I received.

On 11.28.20, a water leak in my spare bathroom caused significant damage to the dry wall and kitchen & bathroom cabinets. The 1st restoration company provided the mitigating services. I chose to hire a family business for the rebuilt and went with Cinnabar. That was the worst decision I ever made in regards to home repair. Not only was the coordination of jobs a disaster but the work was shoddy and unacceptable. The job took almost 2 months to complete. I had to repaint the bathroom walls due to blotches on the wall (they did reimburse me for that). By 1.9.21 many things that Cinnabar did started falling apart. Some of my shelves under my kitchen cabinets fell, a few drawers in the bathroom and kitchen also fell, one kitchen cabinet was not secured and was sliding around, the toe board fell off, the caulking around the bathroom vanity began to crack. They came back & “fixed” the shoddy work. However, by 2.14.21 another drawer fell off. I finally contacted Mark the owner & advised him I would be filing complaints as a result of the horrible work conducted by his company. He asked that I give him the opportunity to make it right. He showed up & fixed the drawer and the sliding shelve. On 4.2.21, the sliding shelve that he fixed came off the track again and fell off, preventing me from even closing the cabinet doors. I contacted Mark but he was not available to come & fix his own shoddy work. He expected me to wait 5 days to get it fixed. Now I have to hire someone else to get it done. It seems they used the old brackets to put things back together. I have no doubt that my insurance paid for new hardware. They also charged my insurance for packing up and resetting the items taken out from the kitchen cabinets. The packing was done by the 1st restoration company . Cinnabar never pack one single item but they billed my insurance for it.

In 2 months, there was approximately 22 people in & out of my home as Covid raged on. As a widowed senior with underlying medical conditions, I was terrified, but the work needed to get done. I have often wondered if my late husband had been around, if the end result (of the work) would have been different.

Complaints are currently being filed with AZ ROC, Consumer Affairs (Attorney Generals office) and the BBB. Save yourself a lot stress, frustration and money and don’t hire this terrible company.

*I also had the bathroom remodeled at the same time.
