This company did a great job on my roof as well as they were the only ones willing to help after the rain storms in October, 2018. All other companies apologetically told me they could get to my roof in May of 2019. Renco got it completed in January 2019. These guys are excellent.

My service technician was Oscar Linares. He was extremely knowledgeable and took pictures of my roof and chimney and showed me where the problem was. It wasn't the roof leaking, but most likely water getting in the holes left by a shoddy job by the previous homeowner of attempting to put up a satellite dish. He even called 10 minutes earlier that his scheduled time to say he was in the area and asked if he could come early. Who does that? I was very happy with Ky-Ko, and Oscar.

My foam roof needed recoating and after looking at a number of companies, decided to go with Lyons. Not only was their price the most competitive, from start to finish, they were extremely professional and cordial. The teams that did the work were friendly and took care to do an excellent job, including cleaning up afterwards. In reviewing the photos of their work, they did a fantastic job and my next door neighbors concur. There was no overspray and the edge lines are perfect. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

Terrible access for semi trailers.

From the beginning of the process to the end, Stonecreek Roofing impressed! The estimator listened to my needs and gave me a competitive bid that included what I needed, and nothing I didn’t. Stonecreek communicated timelines and arrived when they said they would. A customer service person was in touch frequently and eager to answer any questions and address any concerns - but there weren’t any! I would recommend getting bids from other companies , if they will even call you back, and then getting a bid from Stonecreek. They will get the job done on time, and it will look great!

I have worked with Castile Roofing twice. Both times required me to provide oversight. When the incorrect color was installed, I had to call and they replaced the roof. When they left my bare roof uncovered during a rainstorm, I had to call for them to put up a tarp. When the interior of my house was damaged from the rain, I had to demand that they help.

They have now made efforts to get me squared away. The new roof looks good and hopefully every thing works out.

Although Star Roofing performed our tear off and install seven years ago, we still remember their great customer service and quality of work. We received multiple bids after the hail storm came through that year and Star was the most competitive. What also impressed me was that they were/are the last union roofing company in Arizona. Gave Phoenix roofing a call because my roof was in bad shape, they came out the following day and inspected my roof. They informed me of a few issues.
1, hail damage
2, previous roofers installed ridge incorrectly,
3, roof was starting to blister
4, had warped decking.

Thought I would be paying a lot of out of pocket to repair damages. Isiah informed me that my roof could be paid for by my insurance company. Gave Farmers a call and Phoenix roofing took care of the rest. Insurance paid for my roof and the code upgrades to insure no further issues.

Phoenix roofing is a wonder company to work with and great with insurance as they got my roof back to code and the only cost was my deductible which was mostly covered by collateral damages.

Ben at Best Choice was very responsive to our needs and provided great service. He committed to a day and time and met that commitment - something in the contractor world that is becoming more rare these days.

Referred by another roofer that was too busy. Very painless, scheduled pretty quickly, gave me an estimate, good communication before during and after, did the work, reasonable cost (didn't compare), all is well. I don't love that I had to do the repair, but at least this group made it easy. Would have liked a little better clean-up. I had to throw away a bunch of junk cement and wood pieces they left. That took 5 minutes, so not a huge deal.

If I was able to give 10 stars I gladly would! I worked with Dave on my roofing project and couldn't be happier. GREAT COMMUNICATION, ALWAYS ON TIME, FANTASTIC PRICES, and TOP NOTCH WORK!
