Be very careful with this company. They are great at marketing and looking at homes, but their repairs are ridiculous, over-priced, and frequently do not address the underlying problem. After having them look at a home, I had two other repair contractors and an actual engineer visit the home and all of them actually specialize in soil movement and damage. Glad I did some actual research and spoke with some people that were trying to diagnose the problem instead of trying to sell me very expensive repairs.

As an example, this company tried to sell piers that were $3,200 each. I spoke with two other companies that sell them for under $1,500 each. They tried to sell some type of fan system but after talking to other engineers, I was told that this system is not vetted or approved by the engineering community nor is it proven to address soil movement.

Best advice I can give about this company? Never agree to repairs by them without getting opinions from other repair contractors or from engineers that will give you an honest opinion without trying to sell you expensive repairs.

Response to owner: You think I am a competitor? Now that is funny. That says a lot about you and the way you run your company - blame others for your company trying to sell unnecessary and expensive repairs. And I also noticed you didn't deny that you tried to sell piers for over $3000. Must be a sensitive topic sense the other two contractors I spoke to sold them for 1/2 the price. Seems to me that you are really good at marketing which is why your company is listed all over the internet, but once people dig into the details of your company and talk to others, you guys fall flat.

No job is too little or too big, and they always go above and beyond. I WOULD RECOMMEND FOR ANY OF YOUR CONCRETE NEEDS!!

I had Prosperity Construction pour an extra large addition to the driveway in my front yard as well as a large concrete pad in the backyard. They also replaced a personnel gate and repaired my RV gate for me. The job was done very well, in a most professional manner at a really good price and I am super pleased. In fact, I'm going to have them replace my original driveway that has sunk and broke. They do a really good job and I would highly recommend them if you want a great, quality job, at a very reasonable cost. Thank you!!

Brian Patrick was our sales rep & was extremely helpful on showing us what was going on with our foundation. From there he outlined a plan to fix the issues & the pricing was better than other quotes we'r had recieved. Once instillation began Brian stayed in contact through the whole process. The experience was swift & professional!

They need to have a serious talk with their employees about texting and driving and going the speed limit. Especially driving down 44th St. the morning of April 26th.

Cracks had started appearing in my home that were causing concern. I gave Concrete Repairman LLC a call and was pleased to find out that James could come out the next day. James truly made me feel at ease about the state of my home. He is extremely knowledgeable and freely explains the issues and how to prevent or repair them in a way that is easy to understand. James is by far one of the best contractors I have dealt with. I trust his assessment because he was able to clearly outline the issues and let us know ways we could manage certain things ourselves. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. I would gladly recommend James to anyone who is even the slightest bit concerned they may have a foundation problem. If I need repair in the future, Concrete Repairman will be the company I use.

Robert Bonura was our project manager and he was nothing short of professional and responsive. Due to our own issues with other projects happening around the same time, Robert and Rose Paving were great to work with and very flexible with our ever changing needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for seal coat and asphalt work.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever.
