RENCO Roofing came out to do our roof and we've been quite pleased. There were a few hiccups along the way but Devon was amazing to get everything taken care of. He came to the house twice to take a look at something and answered my husband's numerous emails with patience. He was very professional. The guys doing the work were great as well. Working hard throughout the day and breaking only for lunch. Very efficient and hardworking! 10/10, would recommend

They were very professional from the initial visit all the way to the finish. Devin did the first inspection and estimate. He let us know the problem spots and the proposed solutions. He had options from a simple repair to an entire new roof. They have good communication on the project. The work was completed. We did have one issue with a wind turbine. They came back to inspect and replace. They are willing to work to make sure you are happy.

This roofing service company did a wonderful job in re-roofing the damaged areas of my house. They spared time for proper inspection and answered my various questions before getting on with the work. The team was thoroughly professional & always reached on time. The clean up done by them was also appreciated.

If you need someone to repair your roof than look no more. I called because we noticed some tile on our roof that was about ready to call and within two hours give or take Josh had it repaired. He also took the time to repair other loose tiles along with checking the rest of the roof for anything that looked abnormal! Price was very affordable and I’m left as a very happy customer! I met with Brandon Brawley and I would say he is punctual, professional, very likable, and very knowledgeable about roofing. He showed samples of the dimensional shingles and explained how those materials would be installed. Though my project is on hold right now, I highly recommend his services.

I have to say, this was one of the most impressive experiences i have had in a long time. Kody and Eric were incredibly responsive. Eric identified the problem area - part of the solar footer, sealed it up real-time, to be honest, i was feeling very good about things, now i am impressed.

Reimagine Roofing was sent by Erus Energy in mid-January for a roof leak under my solar panels, they were contracted to do a survey for a roof leak.

The survey conducted by Reimagine Roofing was unbelievably inadequate. They could not find the leak area even though there was bucket underneath, took a picture of a staple not even close to the leak, didn’t take a flashlight into the attic or take any measurement. Survey was done in approximately 20 minutes. I have yet to see report from them. Based on this experience I contracted an independent survey

My independent survey found cracked/broken tiles, measured the leak from the attic to identify leak area and find the same area on the roof. Did professional report showing the problems with the tiles and zeroed in on the leak area under the panels, showed same in report. This survey took almost 60 minutes and was very thorough – as was the report. I have supplied this report to Reimagine Roofing and Erus Energy.

I have been stood up by Diversified Roofing three times already. When I call to ask why, they are always understaffed. There has to be some accountability here.

An estimator was at my house within a day of my phone call. Brooks was very thorough and they started work within the week. The work was done quickly and completely. So far so good, no leaks.

Joel is the nicest and will go out of his way for anyone. I had 2 flat roofs redone and they fixed shingles at my 3rd house. Great guy!!!

I recently used pinnacle roofing to replace he underlayments on my roof. The job itself appears to be well done, however they left a mess behind when they were done despite the contract stating that they were responsible for cleaning up all debris.

As background, I was scheduled to have our roof done in mid July, however pinnacle called me in late June to see if I’d be interested in having them come early. I was going to be on vacation was assured it was no problem as they did not need to access the house.

The mess started they day before I left for vacation which was the first day they started working. After work, I came home to find our pool filled with debris and nails that could’ve wrecked the pool cleaner. When I called pinnacle to explain the issue and my concern given that I’d be out of town, they told me that the pool should’ve been tarped and that they would take care of it.

I returned home from vacation after the job was complete. I immediately found ~10 large nails in the driveway that could’ve easily wrecked my truck tires. I also walked to the backyard to find all of our plants dead and the pool water dangerously low. I later discovered that the water to the house had been shut off while I was gone and not turned back on.

I called pinnacle about this and while they did come out to inspect the quality of the roof work itself, I received no apology for the nails or the water being turned off. Instead I was told that they didn’t turn the water off to the house and that it must have been someone else despite them being the only ones at the house that week. When I asked to be refunded for the $200 we paid to replace the dead plants, they would only credit $100 (this was a $12k project). Their lack of accountability to the sloppy cleanup job by their team makes me think this is a common experience with this crew. If I were to do this job again I would use a different company.
