Best Complete Inspection in Phoenix AZ

We had a bad storm in our area (Dewey, AZ). Our roof had damage. We called several roofing companies to get inspections and estimates. Dustin Denmark came out and inspected to roof. He was knowledgeable, personable and honest. He took pictures of the damage. He found that along with the visual damage, there was underlying damage to most of the roof. He went the extra mile to document everything, He tarped the roof to avoid further damage. He met with the insurance adjuster and they inspected to roof together. The adjuster authorized a roof replacement. We were so happy as we had heard that many residents were only getting repairs. The roofs in our subdivision were rumored to have been put on in a substandard manner. The work was schedule and completed in a timely manner. We are so happy with our beautiful new roof on our custom home we are building. This company has been wonderful to deal with since the bidding process. The original guy I dealt with, Bill, was super friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. Steven and Amanda were also great to deal with throughout the entire process. We kept running into weather issues and they were always responsive and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The work done was very professional the finished roof looks amazing. Their prices were fair and beat out almost everyone else’s quotes that we got. I was driving on E. Southern Ave. And Ellsworth when one of your drivers was heading into the turn lane with no turn signal. If I didn't break hard he would have just hit me and pushed me into the curb. As we reached the turn onto Ellsworth he still did not have his turn signal on as he continued on his way. Please talk to your employees on safety while driving on the road.

I had noticed that many people in my neighborhood had been using In-Ex for their roof projects so I decided to give them a call as I had my original roof and it was a matter of time before I would start having problems.
I was very pleased with In-Ex Designs and everyone I was in contact with during the process from the estimator to the guys on the job to the people I spoke with at the office. The price was reasonable and the job was completed when they said it would be. Calls and emails were returned promptly when I had questions. I had new paper put down over the entire roof and tiles reinstalled. The workers arrived promptly every day and got after it! Care was taken to ensure as little mess from the project as possible and the clean up was great - I could not have asked for better cleanup! I would recommend In-Ex.
