Kris came out almost immediately to look at our damage. He also took the time to explain our roofing issues. Kris even made a trip out to tarp our damaged roof until they roofing team came to do their thing. Anything awesome thing about Multi Pro Roof is the roofing team completed the job in ONE DAY ! We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. I am so comforted after my experience with Stapleton Roofing. I had them redo my flat roof home in Scottsdale. I live in California so I get particularly nervous dealing with contractors out of state. They however were very responsive, fair priced, most most importantly, did extremely high quality work. This particular house means a lot to me, and I will be using them for ongoing maintenance on that roof to help me sleep better!

The crew was very clean and professional, kept my yard/pool super clean and picked up after themselves which I really appreciated! I ask them to kindly to be careful with a camera cable and they did not unplug, instead worked around it without damaging and I was very thankful for that.

This company did a great job in replacing our roofs for a multi-family community. They are highly knowledgeable and skilled and got the job done on time and on budget. I also want to mention that their customer service and progress reporting went above and beyond any other company that I've worked with in the industry. I will definitely engage them again in the future should I need more roof repairs/replacements!

My wife and I had just moved into our first home and the house has the original roof from a little over 20 years ago. We were advised by the inspector that it was time for a replacement. After shopping around and considering many options, we went with Diversified Roofing. Because we were in a budget and a time crunch, this was the best fit for us!

Scott oversaw the process. He and his team were professional, courteous, and extremely quick. Our roof was essentially done within half a day!

Ever since the job was finished, my wife and I have been in awe with the job well done and we feel like our home had one of the best tops in the neighborhood!

Referred my real estate client for repairs needed on his rental property he was selling. Jack the roofer company gave an estimate, and when they did the repairs they did not notify my client or myself there were former old beehives on the corner of the roof/garage area. They did not close up that area properly ( 1/2 inch gap). Within 3 weeks there was a swarm of bees that came through that gap that had to be removed professionally. When my client and I tried to contact Jack on the phone about this, instead of listening, Jack became very verbally inappropriate and rude. Both my client and I were literally speechless. My client ended up having to hire another roofer to put the roof back together because the buyer did not want Jack to come back to that property again after the mistake they had made prior. My client had to pay an additional &1700 to another roofer, $650 for the bee removal and $350 for drywall repair in the garage. Jack the Roofer's mission statement says their employees are trained to pay attention to detail and also to alert an owner of any conditions that are pre-existing that may cause issues. Neither of those things was done! At the very minimum they should have reimbursed my client for the bee removal and repair. I do not recommend this company.

My husband and I are 20+ years in the real estate profession, and I can tell you...good roofers are hard to find!!! I would 100% recommend PCC Roofing to all of our friends, family and clients.

Oswin was super easy to work with and got me a quote within a day. His quote was lower than the 5 other quotes I got. Got quote on a Monday, he started work that Friday and was done on Saturday with a full roof replacement. Great work and very pleased with the new roof. Thanks again Oswin!
