Juan came on a Friday night, was very quick and professional in dealing with a leaking water heater. Followed up on Saturday, Sunday and everything was dry today. Great work.

I called ASAP at about 9 PM expecting to leave a message or talk to an answering service. The owner Josh picked up the phone and was at my house within an hour of my call. He assessed the situation and after I agreed to what needed to be done he jumped into action. He left a few fans and a dehumidifier for a few days to dry things up and he called each day to be sure things were going well. A few days later he collected the gear and gave my former flood area a clean bill of health!
Josh was very conscientious about everything he did. When he removed the bottom part of the drywall he measured as to leave straight cuts, simplifying the future repair. He also cleaned up every single piece of debris and vacuumed the area when he was finished. Nobody wants a flood but when it happens you want ASAP to clean up afterwards!

Our church had a flood from a plumbing leak during the night. Square One came out quickly, took care of the immediate problem, and helped us through the entire remediation process. What I loved about them is their excellent communication and follow through. Also, the quality of their work was superb. I would recommend them to anyone needing restoration work.

I recently experienced severe water damage at my property where 4 units were affected. Initially it was pretty stressful trying to figure out what to do next. Once I reached out to Blusky, Justin was to my office within a few hours. He came to the property and instantly added ease to the situation. His knowledge as to what to expect prepared me for the difficult conversation with my residents. Throughout the entire process Justin was always available, providing daily updates and offering stellar Customer Service. He even stepped in and talked to residents on my behalf to offer an extra level of comfort. Justin turned a hectic situation into a very smooth process. God forbid I ever have a situation like this but if I do Justin will definitely be my first call.

Working with Mark & Don was great, but the subs used for rebuilding my cabinets and installing them was sub par at best. In the subs defense, the company that removed my cabinets (Bingham) did not do him any favors by totally deconstructing them. What was remaining of my original cabinets should have all been transported to the cabinet maker, but they were not. This caused excessive reworking of the cabinets by the sub.
