The work was a roof replacement at our residence. The initial job walkdown was with MIck of RENCO. He was professional, knowledgeable and available for follow up questions even after the work initiated. The scope included both foam application and tile replacement. I was not present for the foam application, but I was present for the tile work. Jose is the production manager. He was available for phone calls and face-to-face at our house during the course of the work. He is very professional and answered all my questions just prior to and during the work. I came to understand that his father, Polo, was the senior member of the work crew. I spoke with him daily during the course of the work. He was very professional, and the crew did a quality job. The work was completed in a timely manner. RENCO gets my recommendation.

I needed a new roof this summer and contacted many roofing companies to inspect and make proposals. Jessie from Brown Roofing made a good inspection and discussed the options and value of there proposal.. Price isn’t everything as they provided some additional features such as venting and an upgraded shingle for a very competitive price. Once the materials were available they made an appointment and did a great job removing the old roof and installing the new roof. They didn’t charge any more than the the original quote even though a couple of upgrades were included. Craig Brown is the owner and arrived with the crew at the start and the finish as well. Craig and the whole company made this a great experience. I would highly recommend using this company.

Oscar was very professional, explained everything and was able to match my broken tiles perfectly with just a couple pictures, replaced many broken tiles and secured some that were loose. I’ll also be using them for another home I own. Fair prices and great service, I highly recommend!

One of the edge tiles had fallen from a high section of the roof onto a lower portion. We called Lyons and they came out within four days. Jeremy was the representative. He found the tile that had fallen off and re-attached it to the roof and replaced one broken tile that had resulted from the edge tile falling onto it.. NO CHARGE! Great service and building great good will. Would not only use their services but would recommend them to anyone.

Noticed a wet spot on bathroom ceiling after storm the previous night.Jay came out and reattached a vent that had been dislodged from strong winds from the day before. He was up on the roof for about 10 minutes and came and told me that would solve the leaking problem. I was amazed because two other companies came and gave me estimates of 700 to 1400 dollars to fix the problem.

This place is weird field estimator very unprofessional come to the home sit in the car for a long time according to my neighbor and leave without ringing the door bell, out of the blue I get an estimate I thought these people are highway robbers I didnt get any estimate from them what so ever.. customers service is just as bad beware people

Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. It seems my experience with Next Gen is similar to others. I had already gotten a few quotes and then saw the Next Gen sign in my neighbor's yard. I went over to ask about the price and their experience and they had nothing but great things to say. So I decided to get an additional quote from Travis and the rest is history! Of my 4 quotes, Next Gen was in the low-to-mid range and I got the best vibe from Travis--very professional, friendly, and helpful. As others have noted, they also know how to clean up. Also interacted with Turner and had similar experience with him--professional and very nice to work with. They made the whole process as painless as possible and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof!

With the recent storms we had some tiles come off our house then started noticing a water spot form on the ceiling. We called Arizona Roofing and Ryan was out same day, he found the leak and other damage that would of caused more damage if it wasn’t taken care of. He also put a tarp on the roof to ensure we didn’t get further damage before they were able to replace the underpayment. He was very communicative and answered all my question.
