Great quality work and clean up

I contacted this company for a quote. Scheduled an appointment for 10:30am on a Wednesday. Joe contacted me on Tuesday at 5:00pm to confirm the appointment at said time. Come Wednesday at 9:23 am Joe calls telling me he can be at the property between 9:30 to 9:45 am because he is running early. My problem, I don't live at the property 2) I don't want the tenants disturbed. We confirmed the appointment at 10:30am for a reason the previous evening. When I showed up to the property by 10:00am, Joe is quick to tell me he kept knocking on the door to no avail, gave me a quick verbal plan for the roof, told me I would get a written quote and off he went.
Not sure this company is able to follow instructions. From my experience with Joe, I gather they do what is convenient for them no regard for detail. Not sure I will be doing business with this company based on my first impression.

Had a great experience with Ky-Ko Roofing this past month. They completed the tile portion of the roof followed by foam on the remaining sections. Each phase was completed professionally and they always left the premise clean. Thanks to all the different crews for the GREAT work. Would highly recommend them for your roofing needs. Jim

If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

We have used Star Roofing on at least 5 homes and now on our own. They are busy but they are worth the wait. Call them and make an appointment. You will be glad you did.

Troy and Alex were extremely helpful and patient and explained the whole process with insurance very thoroughly. The roof was done in a day and looks amazing.

The installers did an excellent job! Thanks again for all you've done. 2 and 1/2 hours for all the system to be ready for the inspection.

I've worked with this company on several projects now, large and small. They have gone out of their way to accommodate our needs and have always produced top quality work at very reasonable prices. Outstanding service and workmanship. I highly recommend!

With a small job, often it can be difficult to find a contractor who will follow through! I contacted Tacheny through Yelp because I wanted the roof inspected on my three year old home. After visits and bids from three firms, we decided to choose Tacheny. Jim, the salesperson who came out and took pictures, provided a competitive bid for a few broken tiles and flashing that needed to be reattached.
Jim was actually the same person who returned later after securing matching tiles and, in the sweltering AZ heat, replaced the broken tiles and made sure the flashing was put back in place. I have already recommended them for an inspection to neighbors and I'm glad to have done business with them!

January 15, 2021. They showed up on time for the inspection. Their price was the best of my 3 estimates. Their crew showed up on time and worked hard for a full day. My roof took just over two days. That’s probably because their crews were very well staffed. At least five guys at once and sometimes more. That was important to me because I had a neighbor down the street with two guys on it for about eight days. Once you pull the trigger on getting the job done it’s nice to get it done quickly and with the least amount of inconvenience. Turner Witt was here a lot during the job. So was the roofing crew Forman. I would rate this company very highly and recommend them to even friends of mine.

Rosie On The House highly recommends them. Very impressed with how my flat roof came out. I highly recommend Durafoam, their office and on-site staff is great to work with.

Working with this company was a true joy. Every person I spoke with was kind, kind, and patient. I appreciate the excellent roof job!
