I'm incredibly grateful for the superb work this paving firm done for us. They offered me a reasonable price and finished the job fast and to our specifications. They are excellent, and I would use them again.

I had been receiving foundation repairs from another company. I had discovered new foundation concerns and shared these concerns. The company engineers recommended that have piers installed, which would cost more than $7,000 per pier. I had already spent about $8,000 on other repairs and remediation efforts including a moisture removal system and crack repair. I was concerned that the company was recommending an unnecessary remediation effort. I reached out to Ram Jack of Arizona, and they sent their consultant Brian, who had experience with the other company. Brian was not only knowledgeable but also understanding of concerns and desires, which centered around wanting to take care of my investment with confidence. Upon the first meeting, he was able to alleviate my concern about the need for piers. Just ot be sure, he recommended to perform another survey, which was half the cost of the other company and would contribute to any future repairs. Nick performed the measurements and was very accommodating and timely. Brian returned to review the results, which were similar to the results found by the other company but more detailed. The only repair recommended was stem wall repair at the front of the house, which was never mentioned by the other company. This repair had a lifetime warranty as well. The repair was far less expensive than I anticipated. In addition, Brian provided advice on how to better use my moisture removal system to avoid dropping of the slab due to over-drying of the ground. When asked about his recommendations on my other home improvements, he provided great advice and clear instructions, including dealing with other slab cracks and even new floor installation. Upon the end of the meeting, I was extremely relieved and excited about the go-ahead to continue my home renovations with confidence. Thank you!

Professional, shows up ahead of scheduled time, works efficiently and quickly, and priced fairly. Backyard concrete, decomposed granite, irrigation and plants were planted and complete within a day and a half (at most). Highly recommend!

Marcos and his team were a pleasure to work with on several projects. The commitment to quality and service was top notch. Many other concrete companies cut corners to maximize their profits as often as they can. Marcos and his crew truly care about the outcome and final results and it shows. I would not hesitate to hire again if the need arises.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. If you’re looking to preserve and beautify the concrete around your home, based on our experience, my wife and I simply cannot recommend Sun Valley Concrete Coatings enough. If I could give less than one star, I would. I requested a quote on Tuesday. They sent a guy out Wednesday morning who told me I would get the quote later that afternoon or Thursday at the latest. It's now Friday evening and no quote. When I called to ask for an update, the lady i think he name was Candy was rude and disrespectful. My sister then called to get a quote for her house, but the lady automatically assumed she was calling to check on my quote and was rude to my sister. She didn't let her finish saying that she was looking for a quote and cut her off and said, I already told your sister the quote is on the owners desk. A respectful customer service person would have let her finish and realized she was not calling to follow up on my quote; she was trying to get a quote of her own.

This company called asking for my father whom passed away. My mother told thefthe employee hewhe available and asked who was calling. The employee the asked when my dad will be back if it would be 10 minutes or so. MY mother proceeded to inform the employee my father has passed and the employee just hung up.
I was sitting right beside her when this happened and we are both in shock a company could treat people so horrible. All that had to be said was something like oh I didn't know thank you for your time. But just to hang up .

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
