They are quick to handle any problems and answered any questions. Everyone I met or talked with was genuine and pretty damn cool.

I used them numerous times pre-pandemic and loved their professionalism, punctuality and value. Unfortunately, GREED got the better of this company. Their recent quote for a sump pump outlet replacement came at $1,200 while 3 other competitors were in the $379 to $600 for same parts & labor. Make sure to get competitive quotes before blindly trusting these guys!

David gave us a reasonable estimate and did a good job. He showed up when he said he would. I will definitely use him for other electrical work we need done inside the house.

Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

I am a new Efficient customer, but a happy one all the same. I had some wiring issues with an addition. (Kept blowing the breaker.) . The tech was able to come out, diagnose my issues and repair them in short order. He said wiring problems are common in older places like mine. He is such a pro! He was fast, friendly, and fair. He gave me a quote on some lighting I've been thinking about having done, too, and it was way more reasonable than I would have guessed.

Their quote was very sensible and competitive compared to the other companies. When the team appeared up to work, they worked very rapidly and productively. They moreover did an extraordinary job of cleaning up. Danny came out and installed a mitigation fan on the roof. He had to get in the attic crawl space to do this, and did it without a complaint. He also put in a box with a switch for the fan and an outlet in our laundry room. He did a super job and everything looked great afterwards- no mess! All the work was done well, works great and the price was right, too! Will definitely use Cowboy Electric in the future!

I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.

Poor communication, even worse quality of work, and most of all their prices were INSANE!!!! It's bad when an amateur homeowner can produce better quality than a educated professional. This would be the worst possible choice for anyone (commercial or residential) to go with whether you're remodeling or building new. Craig cares about only himself, not the customer, and sends his uneducated minions out to do his bidding. Good luck if you decide to use this clown.
